Jack's - Fast food restaurant in Corinth - 2200 S Harper Rd, USA

Ordered a double sausage gravy and a breakfast deluxe. At the window they gave me my bag of food and just as I was leaving they asked for the bag back, because there was a pancake platter they needed to remove, which she did and gave me my bag back thru the window. As soon as I got home, I saw there was no double sausage gravy biscuit platter; receipt # 242663. I immediately called the store and after at least 6 rings they hang up. I waited 5 minutes and called back, again at least 6 rings and they hang up. I am not driving back across town for more of this chaos. This is Sunday morning between 7:30-8:00 am. UPDATE, the potato rounds were cold on the inside, probably under a light or warming tray. The biscuit was cold. Grits had solidified, but the gravy was warm. Had ordered well done sausage, but the outside was grey and smelled weird. Thought I should give an update. Eventually they will lose customers like myself, because this is the second time in a row my order was wrong, and the food I did receive was poor quality.

Manager was seen never changing gloves between handling raw food and cooked food! Disgusting!! Jacks in Corinth, Burnsville and definitely Iuka all are terrible. Terrible service, food is most of the time wrong or tastes old! We would love to eat jacks more but literally every single time we are disappointed! What’s the point?!

I gave 1* for service, food and just overall bc times where my order was okay but the last couple of times they are kind of, I guess you want to say slacking? I got a Smoky Mountain fudge Shake and a Big Jack with cheese supposed to be a shake but it was really watery and the lady told me that the machine was kind of messed up that was her answer LOL but as usual I took it anyway, and the burger I told them no pickle and no onion and guess what? It had pickle and onion on it. The last two times I have been there that's one of them and then the last one was the same thing with a fry supposed to been seasoned the fries had no salt at all very disappointed I was very hungry also hamburger looked a little pinkish in the middle and yes they can be pink in the middle if they're precooked, so since I never got to experience what I wanted three different times, the Smoky Mountain fudge shake, Big Jack with cheese with no pickle and no onion and fries seasoned? Will never know what that taste like don't recommend this place false advertisement😔😔🥺

Stopped at this Jack's on a trip. Ordered and they got everything except the fries and a biscuit wrong. I had to literally throw away more than half of the burger because the patties had been left inside of the heater for too long and I dried out. I'm not a jerk but I was too upset to complain to the manager. Won't call out anybody but the managers need to stress to the employees how to confirm and listen for the right order.

Evidently somethings going on with the drive-through and you’re supposed to order when you first pull into the parking lot. Couple of young kids. They are too busy talking to flag people down to let them know. Sat in their drive-through for a long time until a lady pulled around me and was kind enough to let me know what was going on. She was a customer. Jack’s you need to get your stuff together and get your employees head out of the cloud and in the business. He lost a customer I drove off.

The last several times I beem there they didn't have sausage in gravy. I won't buy another single n gravy

Service was t good no ice ice machine & fountain drink machine was broke napkins & condiments were out the fried chicken was dry & reheated

Disappointing, it looks pretty good but it's pretty boring. The burger was run of the mill, the fries were limp and tasteless with an odd seasoning and WAY too much salt. The shake however was really good. And I'll never understand why they put the least trained person operating the register and taking the orders; she was woefully unprepared and undertrained. She was extremely nice however.
