Jacks in Pleasant Grove locked doors no note no reason 7am on a weekday Drove to Hueytown Short fat person finally took my order Gave me coffee no cream nor sugar I waited SIX MINUTES and 23 seconds For 2 steak biscuits A bin FULL of them sitting there All 61/2 minutes Finally stopped short fat woman and said please give me two steak biscuits Five minutes No 61/2 minutes later Biscuits were burnt >>>>Been a month now... What do you know now? What happened when you looked into it? >>>>Pleasant Grove Wearing sunglasses to eat breakfast. Why? I'm sitting with the sun shining in my face. Your employees are shielding their eyes to take food orders and MONEY from customers; just like every single day Still Love the food, love the people working here Hope you'll appreciate them more, too Again, don't get your back up. Don't bother commenting that this matters to you. Thank you.

The workers are always friendly 🙂 the food is always good👍 my only complaint is they never put all your chicken tenders in your box & sometimes every piece count with the high prices of everything nowadays. It would be nice to be able to receive what you pay for.😔 I'm just saying! 👀 that's why I only gave 4 stars out of 5 overall.

The staff are not polite at all. Every time I go I tell myself, never again but it's the closest thing to my house. The Jack's in Hueytown is so much better. I get breakfast at the Hueytown location almost every day. Update::: This review was meant for the Pleasant Grove location. The Hueytown Jack's is where I get breakfast every morning and I have no complaints with this location. They have been great!

Gross 🤮 disgusting food. My bread was hard and possibly stale, and I had to ask for hot fries- as the ones they served me were dry brown and not fresh. That didn’t stop them from seeing it though. I ordered a bacon jack combo. I knew better than to go there for breakfast but I slipped on lunch. Never ever again. Waste of money and I still hungry. I threw it away across the street at that marathon

Jack's is always fairly consistent, but no biscuits at 7am on a Saturday? Y'all go by Food Giant or Aldi and keep some frozen biscuits in the freezer if ya can't get fresh baked on time for breakfast rush.

The workers here are so friendly and get right to you.. A few months back my boyfriend and I had an issue with a worker taking orders, our 8 year old son went to the counter to ask for ketchup or something and the guy behind the counter just ignored him as if he wasn't there, so we didn't want anybody else to have the same issue so we did report him and now things are very smooth and respectful.

Was served a raw chicken busicuit and was not refunded. They offered to remake the order, but why would I trust them to poison me twice? They gave me an automated customer service number, knowing the problem won't be fixed on a Sunday. Some 30 minute policy on their end prevented them from rectifying the issue. I believe they're trying to avoid an inspection.

I had wings, mashed potatoes and fries. The food was ok, not great, not horrible, just ok. I did an online order, and my food was not ready when I arrived, which was very annoying. They are usually very slow, which is why I did the online order in the first place, but that didn't help the turnaround time much. This location was kind of dirty, and didn't smell so great inside.
