Nice place to order food from. I used Google Maps to order two plates for takeout: tri tip and turkey. They both taste great and were promptly made. I would prefer dining in but due to time constraints I ordered takeout this time. Employees behind the counter were very friendly too.

Loving coming to this location. The food is always delicious and the service is the best! Everyone is upbeat and super helpful. My favorite is the create your own salad and you can never go wrong with urban fries!

So listen. The food at Jack's is consistently good. But you have to check your take-out order. We've come home with our order to find it's wrong and this has happened a number of times before. In this instance, I ordered a turkey club and did not get a club, so no bacon, avocado, or cheese. They offered us an in-store credit, which I totally appreciate and will use. It is 100% not a crisis. But it is irritating. You all know a sandwich without avocado, cheese, and bacon is a disappointment.

Loud, unfriendly and mediocre, overpriced food at best. Some things are fresh and other things taste boxed (mashed potatoes and gravy). I hadn't been there in years thanks to the pandemic and things have really changed. Staff aren't helpful as patrons navigate the line and how to order a salad now.

Plenty of parking and was not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Ordering was simple and staff was friendly. I got the tri-tip plate and the actual tri-tip was great. Salad was great but the vegetables were just ok. I was pretty satisfied with my meal.

Ordered for take out. I was very disappointed when opened the box. Tri tip, mashed potatoes, and smaller containers with soup and sauces were all packed together in one large box. The soup container was smothered with mashed potatoes one one side. Turkey soup was tasty despite some sweet flavor in it. Tri tip, on the other hand, was very chewy. Definitely not a tri tip from one of the fine restaurants. Some improvements needed in both areas:food and how it is being packed to go.

Excellent experience, great food, clean location, ample parking, busy restaurant, prompt service, friendly staff, salads and sandwiches. I had the Peach and goat cheese salad.🍑🐐 It was a bit tart. It was a nice lunch with a friend. 👍 Next time I'll have a more traditional BBQ steak sandwich. In honor of the earl of sandwich 🥪
