Jack's Urban Eats - American restaurant in Roseville - 8620 Sierra College Blvd #110, USA

We absolutely love, Jack urban eats. I don’t know why, but the one on Sierra College has much better salads and chicken than the one at the fountains, I cannot figure out why. PLUS, they always have good cookies on display to buy.

Very fresh ingredients in the salad and super delicious. I absolutely loved the salad. The BYO option pays off. The Mac and cheese was just ok, could have used more cheese. Employees were nice and fast at what they do. Parking is a little hard to find but not impossible. They also have a patio outside. Pretty decent place

Absolutely terrible Tri-tip dinners. Meat was so tough it was difficult to chew or swallow. The meat was cut in the wrong direction and the medium well was a burnt, dry offering.

This place use to be awesome, now it’s all screwed up. They have a sign hanging that read “start here”, where you use to start with your order, but now there’s only paper menus and the employees don’t talk to you now till you get to the register. When nobody is here it makes it awkward. Doesn’t make much sense in my opinion. Need to change up the way the line and ordering is done. I just watched two customers go directly to the register not even walking through “the line with start here”.

Went to Jack's for dinner and I got the Tri-tip plate while my wife got a Create your own Salad. The food was good and seasoned nicely. The Chipotle Mango barbecue sauce was delicious. Definitely worth going back again sometime.

My steak salad had absolutely no blue cheese, the steak was cold and raw. If I didn’t live so far away, I would have taken it back. The mac & cheese was cold, and there was no sauce on it. I keep on thinking that they will do a good job and they just never do. This time I have learned my lesson and I will not be going back.

So have tried the turkey plate now four times have received it without gravy at all twice and the most recent experience I had some type of cartridge or PIECE Of the turkey that was not edible attached to my turkey breast. If anybody knows what this is, please let me know.

The sandwiches are good. We had 2 kinds of French fries, garlic fries and Jack's urban eats fries. They were pretty good, though not the best fries. I've ever had. The macaroni and cheese was sub par. It tasted more like macaroni without cheese. The employees were friendly and helpful.
