I used to love Jack's donuts, I went in early this week and asked for two unfilled chocolate sprinkles long johns. I was balancing a baby on hip so I didn't see her grab them. I got home only to realize that that they were just chocolate 🥺 and then to make matters worse they were stale and dry. I won't be returning and will continue to get my pastries at Meijer.

The lady working was very friendly and the kids loved the doughnuts. We all agreed that it was a close resemblance to fair food (like elephant ears or funnel cakes) but it was just a bit pricey for what it was. I'll probably come back again but just to buy a few doughnuts instead of a lot. Overall I'd recommend it for kids for sure they seemed to like it a lot!

better than Dunkin. 10/10 prices, cost less than 5 dollars for my order of large americano, dozen donut holes, and one donut. tb none of it taste good. burnt coffee and donuts not fresh.

My husband loves these donuts, so I went back in for these delicious doughnuts last week, young woman was working she wasn't very welcoming and I'm like chick show some appreciation for business I spend $20 or more whenever I go in there and tip, she was so Dry I wanted to take my tip back!

Jack’s donut’s cinnamon rolls can be described as “succulent tasting.” We live in Chicago and stay at the family’s vacation properties in Buchanan Michigan. There are very few bakeries in the area that make really good donuts unless you like supermarket donuts. I looked around and located a few popular bakeries and was left wanting. I search online and saw Jacks Donuts. It was a 55 min drive each way. You know that you have a good donut addiction lol! As I drove home I was tempted to try one of them. Well, sadly one of three did not make it home lol! I returned in a few weeks and purchased three more cinnamon rolls. You might wonder why 3? I love donuts and the purchase of 3 limits my over indulging, lol Here are a few compelling reasons to stop by Jacks Donuts: 1. Very clean and up to date decor 2. First time visiting this donut shop. I ordered the glaze and a cherry donut, which was recommended by the staff person. The glaze had a heavier texture then a regular store bought glaze donut. It also have a lingering after taste. The cherry donut I didn't enjoy at all and it's after taste is similar to the glaze. My guess is Jack's has a good following of folks who enjoy their unique taste but I am not one of them.

My boyfriend and I went in to get some doughnuts. The girl behind the counter had a bad attitude.She started stomping saying things under her breath . Then she very loudly THREW things in the sink. It made it very uncomfortable ! I will not be going back
