These folks absolutely know what they're doing! We ordered the three piece snack with you honey mustard dipping sauce. Chicken was fresh hot delicious fries were phenomenal sauce was amazing.! the bathrooms were clean!

Had lunch at Jacks today. I got the #6 combo and my husband got the 3 piece chicken meal . His sides were slaw and French fries. Everything was delicious. Service was quick and workers were friendly.

Lady at the DT was easy to understand on the speaker. Our order was right, and hot & fresh made to order. Only complaint is that the customer just ahead of us had to offer two or three credit cards for her order and they had a lengthy discussion about it with the cashier, and several cars in line behind us pulled out and left. I think that could have been handled better. I'm sure that cost Jacks some lost sales and maybe an order or two that was prepared but lost cause the customers left and tired of waiting. Just saying. Our food was good.

I have never walked into a place that looked as bad behind the counter is this did. The food was awesome some of the people was great but when the cook comes from behind the counter having to go to the restroom he said through his gloves towards the trash can but misses and hits the floor with all of the rest of the food french fries trash in the floor right in front of the food up on the counter this is the first time I walked in here and it never looked like this but to the Cook that was just plum nasty you're supposed to be sanitary for the people and yourself I won't mention any names but he knows who he was this was around 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening was only three people working that shift I'm sorry for the lady up front she was so nice and polite

Ordered 3 of the Big BLT combos. Was the worst sandwiches ever from Jack's. A sliver of tomato and a small amount of lettuce. Plenty of bacon. The sandwich was served on Texas toast. The sandwich was squashed so bad!

Never heard of jacks until today and wow! My husband and I stopped in and I cannot say enough good things about it! The chicken is soooooo juicy. The crunch of the coating is amazing and the food was HOT! We will definitely be back!

Quick & friendly service. Ordered the special: 2 cheese burgers (burgers were lg) 🍔 a fry & a drink (I had my own) fed me & my sister. Great deal. 👍

See update at bottom: Super clean inside and out. I went inside to order amd I’m glad I did. Greeted when I walked in by staff member standing in the dining area, big plus. The kitchen area was full staff! One associate was actually singing!, the place was clean, there was great looking food in the holding area. I was greeted at the register with a smiling face… I ordered a fried chicken salad with ranch dressing to go. It was the best salad I have ever gotten from a Jacks. The lettuce was not wet and soggy, the chicken was warm and tender and it had real bacon on it. I even got three containers of ranch dressing. **now, I did not get paid for this review, and I do not know anyone that works here. I am just very excited to find a fast food restaurant that is being ran like the old days. Good customer service and good food in the same place is a rarity now a days. What ever you are doing keep doing it!! Three different days, three perfect salads!! I STILL LIKE THIS RESTAURANT BUT….Don’t purchase the chicken nuggets. The eight piece looks like one half cooked sad little chicken finger cut up into eight irregular pieces. Very deceiving, this is not like Jacks to serve something this disgusting.
