Mangerment is great. A great place to take the family and enjoy a football game on a Sunday. Had a problem with the food and they had no feelings about making it right. Really put a smile on my face. Good people. This not a complaint this is appreciation for good service!

Super nice employees. Restrooms clean. Parking ok with small camper. Food hot and quick.

Never been to a Jacks before. Figured to give it a try based on reviews. First the bathroom is dirty. Placed my order noticed they are very unorganized inside and the kitchen area looks pretty dirty as well. Can see old grease on the cookers front and on the other appliances, tea containers looked like something was growing on them. Ordered the Big Jack add bacon combo and a small chocolate milkshake. The burger had crumbles of bacon that were very hard (old), burger was bland and the tomato and lettuce were discolored (not fresh). Thought cheese came on it by looking at the photo, guess I was mistaken. The milk shake not very tasty and wouldn’t recommend. Definitely should have went somewhere else.

The Jack's at Hayden has improved since my last visit couple months ago. A new district(?) manager has come on the scene hopefully making a difference. In years past I have especially liked Jack's fries. However, the Hayden location's fries were not good. The fries I received yesterday were the way I remembered. Yea!!

While the biscuits and breakfast sandwich were great, it was a disappointment to get cold coffee. The service was excellent as they brewed fresh hot coffee for us right away. Yet even the hot coffee was a bit thin and lacked the full flavor we hoped for. All in all, it was a good experience, just shy of perfect.

The wait was monumentally long! Construction 🚧🏗️ site restaurant , drive thru was ridiculously slow and all I wanted was fries 🍟. Roped into chicken tenders and fries - the tenders were so so so small they hid them under the many burned and cold fries 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. This location gets a 3 out of 10! Truly! I was greeted by people that look like they don't wash they hands; the person was even shocked at seeing a black person in a nice car it seemed. So you know what that means... WON'T BE BACK TO THIS ONE!

On a girl's trip, I met a group of fellow travelers there so one could ride the rest of the way to our destination with me. Construction such a mess there, so Jacks was easier access than the other places. Clean bathrooms and food is excellent!
