Great Place to get a bite to eat.
I went through the drive thru around 7 p.m & all I see are breakfast meals and things. So, I ask, "Is today like an all-day only breakfast or?" The lady on the speaker interrupts and says oh we forgot to flip the signs, but you can only get this this and this at dinner time. So with that being said, I literally hadda just guess on what I was going to order. My biscuits were so hard you'd thought they were from breakfast the previous morning!!! Other than that it was decent.
Great service and food. Nice and courteous employees. Clean and safe place.
Forgot both of my milkshakes and got the size of the fries wrong then wouldn't give it back to us. I would not recommend this jacks. Ruined my whole night.

The Jack's in Alexandria is the best one to eat at. I love there hamburgers and the French fries are great.
The workers and all are nice but definitely needs more staff because the wait was entirely too long
Lovona is amazing. I came in later in the evening and wanted to redeem some points for a free milkshake. When I came in, she was singing “Unchained Melody” to herself beautifully. Her coworkers were busy but having a joyful conversation with her, saying encouraging things to each other. She asked how I wanted my shake—so I told her that thicker is better because I was going to share it in different bowls with my kids when I got home. So she volunteered to separate the shake into small cups so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Super friendly lady with swagger for doing what she does. She deserves some big love from everybody for her enthusiasm, care, and talent!

Owners are the sweetest and so welcoming the staff is great! 10/10 drinks are very good DEFINITELY A PLACE TO GO IF YOUR VISITING!! GREAT FOR A DATE NIGHT! TRY THE CHEESE BOARD ð
This place was more than I expected it to be. We had such a great time. They had a great selection to look at. Many birds! Reptiles, animals from several countries, rocks, dinosaurs and more. Donât skip out on the Berman Museum next door.
