Loved the Jackalope ! Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. No AC in the rooms but none was needed. An open window provided the cool night air. Walkable to grocery store and restaurants. Nice to have coffee available in the lobby. I would absolutely stay here again
Great stay. We booked a room at Jackalope for our a night after our backpacking trip in the Wind River Range. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable. Easy check in and check out was exactly what we needed as we checked in and out very early. Staff on site was very helpful. We will absolutely stay here again.
Beds were super comfy, this was a great place to stay before leaving for our backpacking trip early the next morning. One thing to note - this place does not have air conditioning - so if it is warm out, the room may get a tad warm. They did have a fan though. But otherwise, everything was excellent. Great service, and very easy check-in!
For us, these remodeled motels bring back memories of our youth. Jackalope was very nicely remodeled and decorated. It was clean and they were accommodating when asked about bike riding routes. They support xcountry hiking (CDT) and Biking by having available some space for hostel type accommodation. The frig and microwave looked retro which added to the atmosphere. We had a King size bed, couch and two chairs with a nice coffee table and still had plenty of room for our bicycles, gear and us. The bed was a little to soft for us but everything else was fantastic. We highly recommend and We also appreciated that they give back to community and appear to be involved with community.
The Jackalope Motor Motel is the perfect location for breaking up travel after returning from Yellowstone and seeing the Tetons. Pinedale is a great town with nice spots to grab coffee and food along the way.||As a Marriott snob, it took me a few reviews to gain confidence in this place, and I was pleasantly surprised. The motel is very clean and has a modern feel, and the water pressure in the shower was spot on. The owners make the rooms feel like home and pay attention to small details that really matter. This place is a step up compared to major hotel chains found in Pinedale. Highly recommend!
Very clean room and unique room with a very comfortable bed. Really thought the owners went above and beyond to helping us settle in after a long drive on our way home to Texas.. Great location also. Plan on staying here again. They had an informative book in the room about them and their town with things to do and see.
We really enjoyed our stay, it was clean and quiet. It was the perfect place to rest up after a long hike. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into making this place comfortable.
Walking distance from many places in town, convenient parking, incredibly helpful staff and everyone we talked to. The team was able to help us into our room a bit earlier so we could wash off our 6 day post backpack dirt before heading for a meal. They were also very helpful keeping our suitcases in their shed so that we didn’t have to leave them in our car at the trailhead. The rooms were clean, comfortable. Overall, highly recommend staying at The Jack!
