Quality of food and size of food has deteriorated.
In the future the Only place I'm going to buy a hamburger is Fatburger.
I paid 10 cents for extra onions but don't see extra onions, the ultimate bacon cheese burger is microwave and the bacon was put on in a clump not laid out side by side to make an eye appealing sandwich.
Vivan corrected the order,
however, for the $44.78 I spent I would think the food would be prepared to be more visible appealing and 1 slice of lettuce is Not enough for the Double Jack.
Egg rolls and chicken strips were okay..
Stop microwaving cheese on 🍔 burgers.
I would think the owner would send a couple of gift certificates, not a response of come back soon.
Take responsibility owner, tangible responsibility with coupons for something to eat....

I was honestly surprised with the food the most. Every other Jack in a box I’d been too was just a bad or weird unsavory experience. My first time going to this location with my grandma, it was really nice! From the music and experience to especially the food! Everything was presented perfectly, and tested good! Even the milkshakes which was always a big thing I loved was make right (every single fast food EVER has been making them as if it’s straight milk). This stores doing really good! ✨
I love eating a Jack In The Box. The food is always so fresh the workers are always so friendly. The Establishment is extremely clean at all times. I recommend you go there and get the BLT a whole meal for four ninety-nine

Did not get my order right. Food did not even closely resemble what was pictured. Ordered two BBQ bacon triple cheeseburgers. One sandwich had only one patty and the second burger had only two patties. Had more bread than meat.
Second time this happens, I placed an online order for a ranch chicken sandwich adding onions and pickles and I get a chicken sandwich with ONLY onions and pickles, what happened to the lettuce and tomato? It's not like they were on a hurry since I was asked to go park.
I recommend jack in the box Tropicana and Sandhill fresh and friendly service as always, loaded breakfast sandwich and Lg fries A+++++

This is the second location of Teriyaki Boy that we have visited and it is beautifully remodeled just like all of their locations. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. It has been totally remodeled and it got completely new fresh look.
