Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Santee - 9337 Mission Gorge Rd, USA

I ordered my food over 30 mins ago. Thinking that this Jack in the box was 24 hrs. Since it says it's open 24 hrs. That was a lie. They need to update their hrs of operation.

As always, a great place to stop and get a quick snack. Most people don't know what the real hidden gem here are The egg rolls, burgers are good. Also, breakfast is really good. Also always a good deal very fast

Their AC was Cranked high in this cold weather. They said it is broken, another customer said it was super hot in their the day before. 😒 Even with the value menu, prices too high for just 2 people.

Staff here is always seemingly annoyed. I understand working fast food isn't fun but you should always try to reflect positively towards your customers.

There has been several times where the Skeleton crew for this "24 hour" location has not taken orders. I ordered door dash last night and the order was confirmed then charged. When I went to pick up, all lights on, no one there. I waited 20 minutes and honked the horn, nothing! When I spoke to the manager to the next, he claimed my order was fulfilled! When I asked him to check the security cameras to confirm me and three other cars were ignored, he said he would talk with the crew! What a @#$% show! And since this place is not corporate, there is no one to complain too. Really should do a better job on keeping track of your people. The only way I'm getting my refund for the food I did not recieve is through Door Dash. Way to go management! Someone please check the security footage at 0141 on 24 June and confirm my account.

Well let's see I asked for extra cheese and extra pickles and got no extra pickles and no mustard or ketchup. Then when I go back to let them know they over did it with the sauces to where I couldn't even it it so mess and way too much mustard OMG WHAT THE HECK!!!!!

They charged for extra ranch!!! These franchises really mess up the name of the company, they're suposs to be hassle free and I know is not the employees since they just follow directions from the managers u owners.

Had the Pannidos three meat. The sauce was delightful and the bread was baked right. I love that this location has a fureplace and it was lit!
