It was empty when we showed up i thought it was out of buisness... the soda machine was not working for refills, and all food has donwsized

On 072123 was my first time coming to this place. I drove up to: drive thru and ordered two meals. To my surprise, my two meals had no french fries, unacceptable. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This is my very 1st time coming to this place, and I'm not going back. On 072123, I pulled up to drive thru and ordered two meals. When I got home, I realized that french fries were not in my order. NOT COOL AT ALL!!!

The food tasted like dirt and when I asked for a refund the drive thru guy flipped me off and started swearing. Never goto the Moorpark one.

Always great and friendly service ! Food is great. Only thing they need to work on is their drive through window, they need to bring it out so it’s closer to the drivers and easier for the team members to hand off the orders.
