Went through the drive thru, they were nice and didn't wait longer than 10 minutes.
They allow people to beg for money in the drive-thru it gets irritating every time I come here there's so many stepping in front of my car in the drive-thru why don't the manager kick them out and actually do his job I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning
This jack in the crack is ok.

This place needs retraining! At once! The food,service,and over all environment is so bad, you won't see people eating inside. The management team is a joke. Even if you try call there is a message saying that they haven't set their up. The only good thing I will say is the regional manager is great! He took me very serious and stayed in constant contact with me until my unpleasant visit was corrected. So if you can,the jack in box on del Rosa and highland, service and food Is better choice.
Allowing homeless people to walk in front of your vehicle In the drive through begging for money, and The manager thinks it's a joke. I guess I have to travel further to find a good place that actually cares about their customers I do not recommend.
The food was good, as usual. Service was great. I actually received everything I ordered. 🤭
Drive thru was packed and did take a while to receive my food but understandable as they try their best to get through everyones orders from drive thrus, door dashers, and regulars.
Aside from the area, there's quality customer service you could find here, maybe not every day but we all have those days 😅😋😊

So ecstatic to learn this location was going in. If visiting California there are 3 place's you cannot miss. Raising Cane's, In N out and Street Tacos from authentic vendors. The last ones the hardest, but for $11.00 a sandwich this is high end hang

I had the number 7 the original, it was prepared very good. Fresh vegetables, good amount of sauce. Itâs my favorite burger there. And their new chili char burger was also very delicious. To be honest I miss the Diablo burger but it is what it is.

A lot better than the one on baseline. At least you don't have homeless people jumping in front of your vehicle like the one on baseline and waterman that manager should be replaced
