Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Lynwood - 11390 Atlantic Ave, USA

Honestly this location is really good, better than the other ones I’ve been to for sure. The foods always hot and they don’t take long. I’ve had rude staff here and there but bad days happen so it really isn’t a deciding factor. Overall a great cheap meal.

Love the tacos they are the best on a trip. Easy to remove packaging, easy to eat while driving and tasty. Perfect road trip meal

I’d avoid this place. I purchased a combo and upgraded to onion rings. I asked for 1 buttermilk sauce for said onion rings and was told it was .28 if I wanted it. I haven’t been to any other Jack in the Boxes where they charge you for the first initial sauce. I understand extra sauce is a charge, but for the first one that’s just greed. Drive a little further and go to a normal Jack in the Box where they’re not trying to rip you off. This place isn’t worth the trip or your money.

Food is expensive, people is nice but not good service, no decaf coffee.

Ordered chicken strip combo with milkshake at 11:45pm got my food at 12:50am waited a whole hour for everything to be cold no milkshake so my order was wrong very upset with the service

They shouldn't put new and unexpected staff, to take orders at the drive thru, especially when the lines are very long.

This place needs a major overhaul with their drive-through service. The last time I was there it took them about 25 minutes to get my order. Normally I would've driven away but I was stuck in line. When I did get my order my sandwich was soggy but didn't check it before I drove away. This Jack in the box let me down big time, I did notice only 2 workers inside though the drive-through window and perhaps they were short staffed, but either corporate or the store owner needs to read this so they can improve service. While I'm on the subject of management review, Jack in the box restaurants need to switch their coffee choice, it's terrible. The only reason I still go after the McDonald's breakfast most of the time is because their coffee, McCafe, this coffee is really good. I think Jack in the box has better breakfast sandwich selections, but, their coffee is terrible (weak tastes like tea). How this feedback helps improve your service.
