Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Farmersville - 1662 Farmersville Rd, USA

So I ordered in mobile app got here about 10 pm, there’s so many customers inside waiting they wouldn’t let me inside so I’ve been waiting in the drive thru. These cars haven’t moved in over 5 mins. This is ridiculous. I seen 3 managers working right now and this is how their running the Farmersville store, this is unbelievable. The line still hasn’t moved one car still & im done with their review! Can I just get my money back at this point! 😩 So I get to the window and they said they was out of spicy popcorn chicken and she only had strips I asked if she could just do regular cuz the strips are way too spicy and she refused after waiting over 30 mins. Then the guy manager with the tattoos on his face and the green eargages budded in and I asked him why there’s like 20 cars behind me and why it took so long he said really rude because were busy I said no I’ve been to jack in the boxes and u we’re not busier than any other. The one female manager was arguing with me and she threw up a 3 at me and she was cracking her knuckles in her fist like she wanted to hit me. I took a picture of her she’s the one on the left turned away.

The fries were very excellent. They were very crunchy on the outside. They’re soft and tender on the inside. The burger I got was very delicious. It was very juicy although it was very juicy did not leak through the paper which is a plus my sister also got a burger the buttery burger I think she said it was amazing. It was very juicy for her to and she really liked the little churros that we got on the side. The little churros we got on the side were very soft on the inside with the filling but on the outside we’re very crunchy and had a nice flavor. I have not been here in years because of the quality but after eating there today I say they have improved to the point I will eat there pretty frequently. Thank you for the nice customer service. Honestly Im shocked at how consistently this place gets your order wrong. There is no excuse when you have a manager taking orders. For the 10th time they messed up my order. Im not exaggerating. They are so so so bad. Ive never had my entire order when I come here. Im sure Ive lost at least 100$ in food. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way home and back every time I get food from here.

So disappointed in this Jack in The Box this is the 3rd time Ive had to wait more than half an hour in the drive thru or had my food wrong. The employees were so nice but they were so slow and disorganized. I can’t believe how long they took. And than in the end they still asked me to do their survey to see how they did…I thought Id be nice and just let it go but I got home and saw how little wedges they gave me and no fork or napkins and couldn’t believe they felt comfortable giving me my order this way. Maybe next time dont ask people to do the survey if you make them wait over a half hour for their food and still dont put in the effort.

This place takes forever to have your order ready...I've been the only customer in the drive-thru several times and have waited more than 30 minutes..and they had no customers inside

Very fast and I wanted to try their wraps. This was a new item and worth the $3 .

Never have i seen onion rings look like this come on now do better jack

Just came back from drive thru and line and wait was way to long and when we finally got to the front window they lady there was rushing us the pay and give our drinks like if it was our fault for their slow service and then when getting home to eat our meals they are all cold and sloppy fries and burgers and don’t get me started on how expensive a meal is at this place $13 + oh nope and I’m just visiting never again bad place
