Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Port Hueneme - 814 N Ventura Rd, USA

The last time I ordered Jack's Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich the chicken was barely half the size it usually is. I know they can naturally slightly vary in size but this didnt even come close to their typical size. IF Jack has recently decided to downsize the chicken on Jack's Spicy Chicken then they shouldn't still be charging almost $7 for something smaller than the chicken sandwich on their .value menu. This was on 10/21/23 around 4:30pm at the Port Hueneme location. EDIT:10/30/23, the second photo is from 6am today. It's becoming apparent that they have simply downsized the chicken on the Jack's Spicy. It is no longer the premium sandwich with a chicken breast that was bigger than the bun as it has been for many years. (even the menu photo still shows the breast larger than the bun). It doesn't ever even fill out the bun now. I guess they think we just wouldn't notice we're eating only bread, lettuce & tomato for a few bites of this sandwich. They should lower the price accordingly from $6.59 to $4.59 max. And I don't blame this particular location for this change - this bait and switch was likely devised from the higher ups for their profit. And just like a fart in the wind, they will not notice losing me as a customer. There's no longer anything worth spending my money on at JITB now- first they got rid of the bacon cheddar wedges, now they ruined the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

Food was good for being fast food. We were in town for an event so we figured we would grab something quick before seeing family for the day. It took some time for the food to come out, but everything was hot and freshly made when it did.

The only one in line and they gave me an old cheeseburger bread is all dry. The orders completely wrong. How lazy can you be to work the morning shift and get the wrong order?

I wanted breakfast, so I ordered the sausage croissant without the sausage. The cashier actually helped me out with a cheaper deal by having me buy the croissant and add the egg and cheese to the order. It went from a $7 sandwich to a $3 one, so I really appreciated the cashier's help with that!

The service is always great the food is always HOT which I always love the prices are great and they let me pay with EBT WHEN MY MONIES ARE LOW

Don't waste your money in this restaurant, they're illiterate idiots with no knowledge on how to take an order. They've been given ample time to change their ways, yet they still deliver low level quality service and Food. JFC never again will I do this to myself. And neither should you.

I thought your 24 hrs came by for a quick breakfast and no one is here. Why say your open when your not this is just as dumb and Krystals out in east coast. I prefer your restaurant than mcds but with the bad luck of coming to your restaurants is going to make me go to you competitor

First, there was four people standing outside the window waiting for food that stared us down. Second the girl that took our order gave us attitude when we asked for four tacos. I asked my friend to drive off, I had a bad feeling. She refused to look at us until she gave us our order and smiled bye. Like she did something to them. I didn't eat the tacos my buddy paid for. I wish I could upload the photos and video I took.
