Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Highland - 3653 E Highland Ave, USA

First time trying Jacks as I’m not really from this area and my bf recommended it.. kinda felt a little rushed at the drive thru, but other than that it was okay. The food isn’t really all that exciting as people make it out to be be.. it was pretty decent tho.

I made a mobile order. Apparently it did not go through their system at all. I waited for 20mins for food. No order made. Had to make the order manually by drive through. Very rude and not understanding. 2:45am to 3:00am. Did not get the drive through leads name. She switched on me. Not to deal with me I suppose. Shame! Also ask for curly fries, they gave me nothing! Vindictive.

07.09.2023 2:01am. Oder#144 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The boy in the drive thru is SUPER NICE and nothing was missing from my order. I used to drive all the way to Jack in the Box on Baseline, but not anymore... They ALWAYS MISS something and the employees have a NASTY ATTITUDE!!!!!

After having a bad experience at Pollo Loco for closing at 9:44 PM instead of 10 PM. I decided to come here, the staff here are very friendly it’s 10:10 PM and they took care of me. Drive-thru it’s also perfect sense I’m driving a limo its a straight shot.

I only eat the tacos. My opinion is that their food is over-priced for the size. The pita used to be bigger. Now it's smaller and costs more! My son does love the "Munchy Meals." If you go after 9pm, they are reasonably priced. If I'm going to pay $50 for my family to eat, then I'll get Chinese. Or some other burger place that gives bigger burgers.

Used the drive thru to place an order of 4 meat lovers burritos, 2 no cheese. 3 hash browns. 2 vanilla shakes and 1 chocolate shake. Took forever to get the order out to me. As I was in a hurry I didn't take the time to check the order, my mistake. After arriving back home I found my order to be missing one order of hash browns and 3 of the burritos had cheese instead of only two. There wasn't enough time for me to return to the restaurant to let the error be taken care of so we just made due with what we had been given. With what we paid for the meals I do believe that more attention needs to be paid to ensure what is ordered is what goes out. We often go there to eat in and use the drive thru, I know that errors happen and when exposed they are usually taken care of no problem, in saying that when people use the drive thru they are usually in a hurry and don't have the time nor do I believe that they should have to play QC on the employees that are serving them. I will continue to frequent this location as it is right by my home. I do, however, hope that quality control gets better and is not an ongoing issue in the future.
