Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Canyon Country - 18955 Soledad Canyon Rd, USA

I would have put 0 stars but there is no option for that. We went on the drive through today (Friday 12/29/23 between 6:30pm and 6:45pm) a light skinned girl was on the drive, while we were ordering this employee was laughing along with another female employee and were speaking amongst themselves regarding the order I was placing. We asked what was in one of the items and one of the answer something to do with Maluma and laughed. We asked why they laughed and we didn’t get an appropriate answer but laughed again. This is just disrespectful and zero professionalism. We pulled up to the window and asked a male worked why they laughed and his replied was “He didn’t took the order”; he went to get the order and came back laughing as well. We have literally just asked him, we understand that is ok to have fun while on the clock but you should never laugh of customers, specially if they are there. We did paid, didn’t get a receipt, we got home and some items were missing and some items were wrong. We decided not to go back, because we will get the same behavior we had just received minutes before. This is not acceptable, either trained your employees well or hire better personnel. This is killing your business slowly before your eyes and you don’t even see it.

Not much for dining in. This was probably the smallest dinning area of all the Jack in the Box's I've visited. Friendly and fast service. My first time getting a double jumbo jack . . . Loved it!!!

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it's always had excellent customer service and the food is as good as Jack in the Box makes. UNTIL my most recent visit. I ordered one thing, sat down and waited. After FIFTEEN minutes, they say they called me "a while ago". I was sitting waiting and listening to them take and fill other orders. Never did I hear them call my order, my number, or anything. Oh, and i was THE ONLY PERSON IN THE RESTAURANT!

I’ve never really cared for Jack in the box to begin with I figure they’re kind of pretty mediocre across the scheme of things but they do have some good items one of my favorites was the chicken club salad which unfortunately they just change the chicken to recently and what used to look like a grilled piece of chicken off of the grill is now what looks like foam chicken that was probably frozen …….. and that’s super disappointing and depressing because now they salad as whatever. On the brighter side of things they do have some pretty tasty items like the curly fries the eggrolls and several other items worth getting however it’s the app that really keeps me coming back getting the points along with the deals and offers makes it worth it since I work close to Jack in the Box and nothing else but please don’t destroy anything else like you destroyed your salad I mean it’s also the same price still but I feel like I’m getting a lesser chicken now and that doesn’t feel good at all. A little sidenote I went later at night probably around eight or nine And the person working the drive-through at the time sounded like they absolutely wanted nothing to do with their job not that big a deal since there’s not much interaction but kind of unpleasant still.

Funny how Jack in the box has its employees scared to give sauce for their meals. Ordered 18 tacos and yes some people like buttermilk with their tacos. Not only did the manager only give me one for18 tacos. But when I ask for more the manager watches and the employee gives only two more. What a joke

Had breakfast. Loaded sausage burrito and sausage biscuit. Biscuit was a little dry. Decent taste. Burrito was outstanding. Service was quick and professional. Crazy hours. Looks like they only close for an hour each day, presumably to clean, from 3:30 to 4:30 am. Open 23 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Very friendly staff at this location. I ordered a breakfast jack which is supposed to have ham on it but it came out without so I walked back in and they fixed it immediately and we're super friendly about it and we were even joking around about the issue.

Everything always seems so fresh and good at this location, I don’t go to any others around here. The service is always good as well.
