Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Pacoima - 9018 Woodman Ave, USA

I haven't been to this Jack in the Box in ages. This isn't my go to fast food to get a burger or anything else. But since I had a tmobile Tuesday coupon for their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, today was the day. I downloaded the app on my phone and place the order through there. The best thing I like about their app is that you don't have to check in when you arrived to the place so your order will start being made. The drive thru line wasn't busy so I was able to pull right up and tell them I was here to pick up my mobile order. The guy working the window was polite and asked if I wanted any sauce. I asked for ketchup only. The area this Jack in the Box is in is not the best and there was a homeless person hanging out right where you exit the drive thru to turn on Woodman Ave. I thought the spicy chicken sandwich was alright but my mom loved it since I shared half of it with her.

I don’t come to this location often but when I do my order is never right. The tacos are always so sloppy and taste like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Theres no way there should be this much sauce when you ask for “no sauce”.

I'm very disappointed with this location. I usually enjoy the food when I come here however today the drive-thru line was wrapped around the corner. I tried to wait in the drive-thru but it was slow going and I guess people were saying they couldn't hear the lady that was taking orders. So I decided to go to the inside and realize that poor lady was there all by herself. She was taking orders in the drive-thru and at the register and packing up food. I decided to leave because not only was it going to take a long time but I didn't want to add to her already hectic day. I understand a lot of places are short staff but that was ridiculous. They really need to get her some help.

4:33am Was told system is updating. When clearly the register is done with it's update. But she didn't even bother. She goes back to sit down. I simply wanted four tacos well done. And she refused to even take my order once she decided finally take orders. . I didn't want to do this I know it's tough working at night.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I can buy food from. The tacos I ordered looks like they spit on it. I asked twice to make the way I wanted and still didn’t do it.
