Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Pomona - 101 Foothill Blvd, USA

Came here at 4:00AM. CLOSED. Went to go put gas, came back at 5:00AM.. STILL CLOSED! Claims to be 24 hours but in reality it's not. Saw workers in the restaurant but lights were all off and drive thru menu lights off. Everything off. Change hours if you're not 24 hours. Workers getting paid to sit around and do nothing. Must be nice.

I actually just walked out and went to Covina Burger... They pay little to no attention to walk ins. They are So focused on the drive through that the dining room is mostly ignored. I waited about five minutes for the couple in front of me to be asked for their order, try then the "counter person" walked away and didn't return even to give drink cups to the first couple. I could drive across town and be served quicker! It's not like it's gourmet food?!

The young man with the painted finger nails. He was very rude. He refused to count my change for me. And when I counted it, it was $10 short. He didn't apologize. He just gave me my money. Can let me know that he never counts to change out for customers. He just gives them their money. And he didn't call my order number when my order was ready. He simply yielled out a combo number. I was listening for my order number. And never heard so I asked him. Is that my order and he told me? Yes, can he also told me he doesn't call out order numbers. My experience at the Jack in the box. On foot Hill in Gary was the worst experience in a Jack in the box for myself. Ever Jack in the box will continue to get my business. Yes, not the one with him as an employee.

I hardly go to Jack in Box, decided to go and get something to eat. While I placing my order, the employee was rude by interrupting me while I was placing my order. When I confronted the employee…. said, “I didn’t appreciate being interrupted” the response I received back was silence. I said, “Well aren’t you going to respond?” Then finally I got response was told “what I can do, I’m by myself.” I didn’t respond, because I didn’t want to say anything that could come back to bite me. Regardless , if you are serving customers you don’t rush them while they’re ordering. They should get more help and not have one person taking orders and payments by their self. Overall, for now I am not planning to go back to that Jack in Box location. I would reconsider going to the Jack in Box, until they improve their customer service and get more help.

This location is cool. But who ever is cooking needs to pay attention. Or cook better. I came here today asking for the new double bacon Smashburger. Obviously in the image it’s supposed to come with grilled onions, bacon sauce, pickles, and cheese. Whoever made my burger completely forgot the grilled onions Didn’t even think about them. And on another occasion that I came here before this incident, I was given a grilled chicken sandwich with a breast that was so unbelievably dry I couldn’t even put a bite into the sandwich. It is not hard to pay attention to what you are cooking. I suggest they actually put grilled onions on those burgers before they try to sell them to people or else someone might get a little more angry than I am And do something stupid.

There vitamin water was not right went through the drive through. Had a large drink taste like water we went back told the man to check the machine. I just ordered a fruit punch. He didn't like that we brought the drink back. Some time things just happen. Jack in the box is great. This day the drink just wasn't right.

Food was great and service was very nice. Only complaint is I ordered the 2 for 12 double sourdough jack and only got two sourdough jacks without the double patty.

I have a jack-in-the-box closer to my house but this one seems to be a lot better in their service and they never mess up my orders. Their customer service is excellent the people there are always smiling and courteous.
