Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Brownsville - 916 North Expy, USA

Well, I tried their chicken strips, and may I say they are so good well done and freshly hot to go. I'm pretty impressed with them. They are big pieces, and you will get full. They are not over battered, so they have a good taste and it's nice taste. Well, this time, i go to drive thru, and yeah, they failed me. It's a cold burger im like, not even 5 minutes away, and i was upset. I called mgr and said, "i dont understand why it would be because they are doing them as they go." I said idk, but it is cold and not appetizing." It seems the morning crew is more on Par than noon shift. Idk what happened, but it was a mess. Said i could go by, and they will remake the order. So idk it just shouldn't happen. But it did. My lunch was cold, and fries were cold and stiff. Just like the burger bun. This drive thru never really fails me, pretty impressed with my freshly hot meal thank you staff. Always made to order. The only complaint I have about the Jack N Box. Why did you take the biscuits off the menu they were very good. So that's the bummer. OF breakfast. That's from Main Branch all Jack n Boxes.

I don't know what happened during morning shifts but I've gotten unevenly cooked burgers and literally still frozen solid chicken strips back when they used to sell spicy strips. Couple that with room temp/lukewarm burgers with patties thrown on and taken off at random times and I lost interest in giving more chances. To make sure it wasn't the drive home that cooled the food, I took a temp test at the parking lot before leaving and noticed the differently cooked patties.

Got to the drive thru they told me to give them a second and they never said anything after that I waited a few mins till I had to call them then they finally took it but my food was all cold, tacos were TERRIBLE they were not fresh or even good to eat they seemed old. Fries were already soggy also.i also ordered a burger and asked for them to remove a few stuff from it & they didn’t even do that.

I stopped by for some late munchies at around 10 pm and surprisingly my food was very fresh and my order was done right! The only issue was the AC was out so the establishment was a bit hot

Before saying something about this place, this fast food place used to be my favorite place to eat back in 2011. They really had a great menu and flavor, like across the board. But just this week, we visited, and we were shocked at how they let this place lose its magic. From the moment we park we could notice the parking lot it was in a really bad shape, once inside the restaurant it was dirty and it seems that neeed some maintenance. The menu was not attractive, so we ordered the smashed burger combo, kids combo, and a bacon burger combo. The taste was not so good. My smash burger had a piece of stone that I couldn't chew. The bathroom also needed some maintenance, and it smelled funny. The best part was the soda fountain that reminded me of Europe's or Asian fast food branches, all touch screen with about 10 brands of sodas and with multiple options within each brand. I tasted about half a dozen. It was a ride. Still, they need to bring the magic back into this franchise. Hope next year it's better.

Great food, great staff, great price, great environment at this place. Been here thrice, and never disappointed. I will come back and dine in again with my wife. Seems like a safe place to get a quick meal above all. Thank you !

I went in and was ignored. She finally acknowledged with a rude tone. They asked me to wait and the worst there were not busy. Getting tired of waiting and I took off. She must have been having a bad day. Regardless don't treat your customers like that.

Really bad service. I went through the drive thru and they didn't give me my order correct.tried calling several times but they never answered. I definitely do not recommend
