Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Glendale - 1131 E Colorado St, USA

Food was fresh and hot. The service was great and I would recommend stopping by here. This location is right off the freeway with easy access.

October 2023: Stayed at the Holiday Inn nearby and went for a late night burger here and it was a big mistake. The place is filthy, the staff is rude and is even chewing gum while taking our orders so we could barely understand him. It felt like we were bothering him for being there and buying food from them! The restaurant smells like the washroom. The chicken burger is very greasy! The nearby Taco Bell looks way cleaner and brighter at night.

The staff was very professional. They greeted me with a greeting of the day, made my food in a timely manner, and then wished me a great day. Couldn't ask for more.

The manager was very rude to my mom and I, we were asking for the combo 22 in the drive thru and we couldn’t hear her very well, and when we tried asking her to repeat her self she said is that all in a hostile voice while we were trying to give her our order yet all she said was okay go to the widow and when we got there she was giving us an attitude when I asked her if she put the combo and she’s said that she asked and that we never responded which we did and we kept telling her at the window okay can you give us the combo but kept giving us attitude and she raised her voice which my mom didn’t like and that when my mom told her that she need to be nice and respect the customers and when my mom said that she started says that well it’s the customers fault for not ordering correctly because she can’t order for us and my mom said no it isn’t because we tried ordering it correctly but you didn’t let us because you were getting upset that we couldn’t hear you through the drive thru. Then my mom asked if she was the manager and she said yes in a manner that said yes what are you gonna do about it? Type of voice and my mom was like oh okay no wonder. And the lady told us okay thank you and didn’t even give us our food or anything.

I ask napkins. Year 3 thx. She ask me 'u got our drink already?' No u did not give God drink. And 1min later that lady shout in side kitchen. What the heck of employee. I just wanna owner c this

Who doesn't love Jack in the box. This place is a all time classic American place. I really love how they really listen to. Their customers ideas for food. Jack is very 420 friendly. Every item has a munchies theme to me. I pretty much love the whole menu. Right now my favorite munchies are. The new Nacho tiny tacos. with cheese sauce and bacon . They are so good I highly recommended them. Especially when the munchies kick in 😆 🤣 lol . This Jack in the box. Located in Glendale California on Colorado Blvd. Holds so much great memories for me. I've been coming there. Since I was a boy in the 80s . It has a child hood memories so much. Also great memories throughout my whole life. I was thinking that. Burger microwaves really well. Friends bought this back from America for me. 5555 miles travelled and still tastes delicious.
