Jack in the Box - Fast food restaurant in Lemoore - 31 E Hanford Armona Rd, USA

Wow ! First time visitor at this 24hr location. From start to finish a late night food order to remember. Impressed by the young man greeting and taking my order. Friendly , polite and respectful. Food was ready in a timely manner, however due to some unfortunate mix up I had to wait for my order to be re - made. Not because I complained but Manager on duty exercised skillful leadership and excellent customer service. I was happy to wait. I used the time to enjoy the very nice looking building. Have to go and check out the inside next time.

There were 2 people working the graveyard shift 2 and they both had great attitudes however its still not OK to stretch your workers like that one employee had been working since 10pm it was 2am when I pulled up and he still didn't have a lunch break there is no wonder why people refuse to work nowadays shame on management for allowing this to happen

It seems every time I go to this location's drive thru, I'm asked to pull through to a stall in front of the restaurant and wait additional time for my food. Always during my lunch break.

I had a free coupon from my school and I asked for curly fries and they gave me regular fries and I also asked for a coke and they gave me ice tea they also gave me the wrong hamburger is sad that they would do this to a kid.

30 to 45 min wait every time u go at night. Even if theirs only one to 3 cars infront of u. Ur always parked and they make all parked cars wait till everyone's foods done to bring out any food. So cold food n melted milkshaks

The vibes were rancid. You could tell everyone that worked there didn't want to be there and the cashier girl was rude as hell

No dine in. Doors are locked. I see many people try and figure out how to get in and eventually leave. They do not have done in and their doors are locked and management advertises dine in. Update. I went to the drive through and after a few minutes if being completely ghosted, I ended up leaving. It blows my mind that not a single employee had the time to acknowledge I was there.

Well if your getting breakfast in the morning be prepared to wait 30+ min for your for your order while 5 cars are doing the same in the front. You have manger cooking, one guy signs outside and another in and out of building. This place sure went down hill. If I could only give them a 0 star. I will probably never go to that Jack in the Box again.
