Drive thru order horrible sandwich was folded and not eatable looked like it was there the night before who gives you a sandwich drive thru with the sandwich being all folded it's not a taco not cool better management on this place check the way you give your sandwiches
Horrible customer service my food was cold. All I simply asked is if they could look at it”they refused to. I also ordered a hash brown. They never gave it to me”I paid for it”and they would not give me one even though I had a receipt!! this is completely ridiculous. I don’t understand. And the customer service horrible attitude “ come on guys, you have to do better. I will never come back to Jack-in-the-Box.
This use to be my favorite Jack in the box besides the near Walmart on Boulder ave. The last 2 weeks the food especially the chicken items i.e the Crispy Chicken Cluck sandwich and chicken nuggets have be super over fried and burnt and cold French fries. I usually go around 1pm and if I go in the evenings it's around 8 or 9 pm, still same food quality 😞 I got the Popcorn chicken box 50/50 but only the non spicy nuggets were edible.
A lot better than the one on baseline. At least you don't have homeless people jumping in front of your vehicle like the one on baseline and waterman that manager should be replaced
We walked in to get some quick breakfast... stood there and waited ... waited . . And waited but we were never even acknowledged. We walked disappointed and dissatisfied. Drive thru customers aren't paying more than walk-in ones ..
Very rude customer service here no napkins I was rushed to order it felt like I did something wrong walking into this place worst experience of my life here I don't recommend going to this place to eat at all.

So ecstatic to learn this location was going in. If visiting California there are 3 place's you cannot miss. Raising Cane's, In N out and Street Tacos from authentic vendors. The last ones the hardest, but for $11.00 a sandwich this is high end hang

I had the number 7 the original, it was prepared very good. Fresh vegetables, good amount of sauce. Itâs my favorite burger there. And their new chili char burger was also very delicious. To be honest I miss the Diablo burger but it is what it is.
