Parks ok, but the crazy dude running around next to families and kids screaming about people can't tell him what to do, was almost as entertaining as watching his water bottle, half full of his urine, spilling over while he was calling balls and strikes at a kids baseball game. All this entertainment and free marijuana smoke wafting in the air for most of the afternoon. ✌🏽🍿

Out Of The 4 Parks In East Palo Alto, This Would Be Second Place, Although It Is Big And The Only Park In The City That Has A Basketball Court, I'd Rate It Second Place. Love Jack Ferrel Park When You're On This Side Of Town.

This park used to be such a bastion for criminals when I was a kid. Thanks to Raymond Askew and the SF Giants, this ark is now the jewel of the College Village Area. Greta park to walk your dog and get a game of softball or basketball at.
