Jack is great. Better than any experience I’ve ever had at an apple help desk. He did a great job replacing the screen on my MacBook Pro. Any issues I have with Apple products I know where to go and highly recommend anybody else to.

My MacBook’s screen broke, and the technician was extremely professional. He thoroughly inspected the issue and confirmed that the problem was with the screen. I decided not to replace the screen because it was expensive, and I didn’t have time to wait for the repair. However, he kindly let me use an external monitor at his shop to copy my important files. I really appreciate his help!!!!

I got water damage on my iPhone 13 Pro Max (don’t believe that they’re waterproof, because they aren’t!). I went to another repair store who referred me here. I walked in, and the person helping me diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me options. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge. Although my phone technically “worked,” I needed it up to 100%. Over the last three years, I have brought them three items for repairs: two MacBook Pros (motherboard replacement and battery replacement) and, most recently, an iPhone 13 Pro (battery replacement). All repairs were completed very quickly, within the indicated timeframes. The battery replacements were done on the same day, within just a few hours. The staff is very easy-going and quickly responds to emails. The quality of repairs was flawless. I wish there were a way to schedule appointments, although I must say, I've never actually had to wait as a walk-in.

Super quick and friendly service for iPhone screen repair. I walked in without appointment and had a repaired phone within hours. They are the only Apple authorized repair center in Kona, and the process is so much faster and easier than dealing with Apple themselves.

They did nothing but to assist with my computer issues. An imbecile was running the shop. On his own he caused my New Mac to be so badly infected with false data that I had to turn to Mac to be able to use it. Sloppy oversight and lack of communication. I recommend staying clear. It’s possible their reviews are self generated and not real!
