J Leno's Pizzeria & Restaurant - Pizza restaurant in Toms River - 1341 Lakewood Rd unit #3, USA

This is my go to my place, especially when I don't know where to eat. Everything is really good. My go to is a California chesssteak, or chicken franchise. Even a meatball sub I suggest. It's a little place. So id personally take out. But it's close to my house, I always tip the drivers well, and the food is good and big in size. Can't beat it. And the cost is totally worth it!

I absolutely love this place ! The service is amazing the food is always delicious. We order at least once a week now. The cheesesteaks are one of the best I have ever had in Jersey. The pizza is always perfect, I have yet to have a dish from there that I did not like.

We order from J Lenos at least 1-2x every week/2 weeks. They have delicious pizza and we just recently tried their cheesesteaks and they were also delicious. We love that they are right up the road from us to! Whenever we have company & order pizza this is our go to!

I called at 4:50pm on Wednesday for a delivery. When the order was placed, I nicely asked the girl to please make sure our food arrives hot, because the last two times it was cold. She said, "I'll see what I can do." We spent roughly $75. Well, we finally received our food at 6:20pm. I had to call back twice to see where our food was. Both pizza pies were cold, the wings were cold and the fries were cold and so greasy. When I called the pizzeria back because that's not acceptable, I was told by the "manager," Brenda, that there is nothing she can do about it. I told her I wanted to speak to the owner and she said the owner wouldn't do anything. I will never ever order from here again! The customer service is awful!!! And no one wants to spend $75 for cold, gross, food! **Since I am unable to reply to you, I will edit my review. I was rude the THIRD time I called back looking for my order. I had to repeat my order and card number 3 times each. She never told me how long it would be. Funny, how you don't take your customers side. And clearly this isn't the owners response, because an owner would never ever respond like this. Also, convenient that you didn't respond to the the food being ice cold and your employee being rude to me by saying, "I'll see what I can do."I will be calling my bank to get my money back if I don't receive it by Friday back to my card.

Ordered food tonight I live 2 mi away food was not delivered in a heat bag food delivered cold so I called the restaurant. The woman who answered the phone ( Brenda who said she's the manager and probably shouldn't be) acted like she was going to help me and then began to say that she doesn't know how that happened she'll talk to the driver to try and understand what happened what happened was you sent me cold food I called upset didn't even ask to replace it, woman on the phone told me that this address hasn't ordered food in a while so she wasn't going to help me it was basically the gist of the conversation. This type of attitude to repeat customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place although this used to be one of the go-to spots for pizza for me. It seems since the pandemic all these restaurants forget what customer service is.... Plus the pizza that was ordered... 15 bucks, these are baby slices ! and This is their LARGE pie! Go anywhere else but here. Plus I left a review a few years ago about their chicken parm being frozen chicken patties not chicken breast lol. This place isn't what it was when it opened. To bad. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Review from carmine the cheesesteak guy id give it a solid 8 out of 10 I liked the Italian decor including a picture of Italy winning the world cup in 2006 the cheesesteak came out cut in 4 but it was great the bread was super crispy they actually put a good portion of ketchup and mayonnaise the flavors where hitting definitely a solid 8

I had a great Sicilian special pizza yesterday. They have good food. Fast delivery

Service and atmosphere is typically pizza place. But food is great!!
