The food is better than we expected. Nice quesadillas with lots of cheese and big pieces of shredded beef. Beautiful environment with interesting paintings, maybe the owner is a great painter! It makes you feel like you are in a nice tropical island.

Wonderful and kind right up to the closing hours. We came in 30min before closing, but the staff didn’t flinch and seated us promptly. Great people. Great food. Great prices.

The super nacho plate was the absolute worst I have ever had. It looked like they had microwaved the cheese and chips and then put a glob of sour cream on on end of the plate and a glob of guacamole on the other end, the chips were soggy and stuck together. The guacamole was not fresh. It was brown like old guacamole. It was horrible. On top of it all the man at the host desk was curt and unfriendly. Just awful all the way around. I cannot give it even one star.

The Fajjita for 2 was 80% onion and 20% protein+veg. Not impressed. The refried beans and salad were good. We also had a mixed platter, which was okay except for the Tamale which was not up to par

I've been coming here for years. Highly recommend. The food is fantastic, and the staff here are excellent. I personally think Ixtapa is a way nicer experience than Mexico Lindo in terms of atmosphere. Great place!

Very good food. Not the best but good!

Just stopped for lunch after coming from Newport with our cousins. The wife loves Mexican Food, so we pulled in to Ixtapa. The restaurant was very bright with an immediate pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The food was excellent. It was brought to the table piping hot. Will certainly come here again. Muchas Gracias Amigos :-)

Very kind and lovely staff. Food was delicious and the kids loved the atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
