My husband ordered nachos. Did not look appetizing did not taste good had no jalapenos 😕 My dinner was better taste. Rice & beans Portions were small. For the price we paid it wasn't worth it. Restaurant needs to be cleaned. highly disappointed for a Ixtapa.

Good food, super friendly staff. The bar can get busy and loud. I have never sat in the dining room but it looks nice. This location is tucked away in a large strip mall next to ACE and A pharmacy. Plenty of parking. Why four star??? I have eaten here many times but i find the alcohol drinks very weak.

Love the queso dip and the bean dip! Had a girl’s night and the service was friendly as usual, even after we had to switch tables initially. Good food, solid drinks. I had the chicken enchiladas this time and way too many chips… Ooh! And I really enjoyed the raspberry lemon mojito!

Been coming here for years. Met a friend for lunch, seated in the bar. Clean, staff friendly, drinks well made, food tasty as always. This place has the BEST chicken soup around. I ordered a double side of the fried jalapenos as my 'salad' The others were happy with their food also (a couple combo plates). Decent sound level, the staff we saw were masked and attentive without being overbearing. Service was prompt.

Placed a to go order yesterday. Picked it up and drive all the way home. Come to find out thy forgot my tortillas for my chicken fajitas. I didn't drive back because that made no sense, I was 15 minutes away. Hostess took down my info and said call the manager tomorrow. I did and when I called she said ok you can come pick up your tortillas haha. Seriously? Why would I need or even want tortillas now? That's all they were willing to do. She said it's expensive stuff, yeah no kidding. I just bought it yesterday and you screwed it up that's why I'm upset.. Ridiculous!!

Mexican food made boring. The spices and flavors you expect are almost there, as if you have a cold and flavors are muted. Robust flavors and any heat from the spices were completely lacking. The best thing in the place was the art on the walls. The servers seemed attentive but didn't really listen to what was said. For instance, the gentleman one seat to my right said he was finished and asked for the rest to be taken away. (Reheating prawns is a recipe for upset stomach or worse.) The server nodded, did not take the plate, and came back a bit later with a box for the remaining food. With so many options out there, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone I liked.

I own an establishment in Lake Stevens. I had a friend visiting from Spokane for the holiday's. We went into Ixtapa for lunch. We were confronted by another customer sitting at the bar. (Buddy) he had been kicked out of my establishment and others in the community. We did not order lunch and requested our tab. I told the bartender if he was staying I was leaving. Another employee said Buddy could have one more. I felt humiliated and unwelcome. The bartender brought me my tab then asked what had happened. I felt this was not handled properly. I just left and don’t feel safe or comfortable with returning.

First time here, loved the food and service! Not too pricey for lunch specials.
