100% satisfied and more. I wish I could give them more than only 5 stars since they are WOW. We were very pleased with the professionalism of Milton who put the order in for us. He was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable about various security components, and best of all, not high pressure. Milton was professional and knowledgeable about the unit he put in. I had a couple of questions about our new intercom and Milton answered each and every one of them. When he was finished installing the panels, he thoroughly explained how to operate the system and gave us his personal 2 days to "learn the system" with the new intercom before he will return the next day for the final settings. Iwatch Security Systems is the company to call.

Hired I-watch Security Systems after getting recommendations about their security services from my neighbors, and they weren’t wrong. Peter was easy to contact and scheduled the appointment according to my schedule. Peter came out, and in less than 2 hours fixed all issues we had with our security cameras. He needed to replace a damaged wire and one camera, but overall he did not try to replace what is not broken. Working with the office of I-watch Security Systems was easy and with great customer’s service. They replayed to all email within minutes, provided proof of insurance as required, and did not push too much to close the deal. Although I knew I will sign after the initial appointment with Peter. Licensed, polite, and fully insured.

Called Iwatch Security Systems to talk about setting up security cameras after my warehouse was broken into while on vacation. Right from the start got excellent customer service. I was very pleased that he sent someone out (Ronald) just a couple hours after my initial call. Ronald was very informative in the different options the company offered and I was super happy their prices were right in my budget and I appreciate that he didn't feel pushy. They sent out 2 installers that week to set up my new cameras. I was very pleased with the way they worked. Came across a few bumps during installation, (but that's just because I have an old warehouse and nothing is ever easy here!), but they figured out the best way to work around what I had and I was super excited with the outcome and the company in general! Super impressed by Iwatch Security Systems. We just purchased a commercial property in Mamaroneck and were looking for a good local company to install our first alarm system as well as IP security cameras. Hunter came over the day we called him for a consult. Everything was fairly straight forward. Hunter is also the one leaded the team that came out to do the install 2 days later (Hunter volunteered to come the next night, as promised, even though he did not feel well but we told him not to worry - that's dedication)! Being security system newbies, he was kind enough to walk us through how to use the system, which options were worth investing in, how the alarm permit works, etc. And of course how to operate and get the max from the security cameras. We love the system. The ability to control everything from the app is fantastic. I priced quite a few competitors in Mamaroneck before going with Iwatch Security Systems and they are fair and comparable. I feel good about giving my business to these local guys rather than one of the big horrible giants that do care at first and disappear after.
