I did the Red trail. It was 1.7 mile according to the map. The trail is well marked. Since no chance to get lost. Also it was quite crowded. The trail itself was full of ups and downs. Overall, I enjoyed walking down there. Also this trail take you closer to the waterbody.
Incredible preserved farm and some fantastic hiking trails that make you feel miles away from the city. Highly recommended.
You might come here for trekking, seeing butterflies and learning local history. However, you're not allowed to jog, dog-sitter, ride bikes on trails.
Great place well groomed trails educational hikes and presentations. Something for everyone in all 4 seasons no better place to immerse yourself in nature. Went on an informative mushroom and other fungi walk today put on by the Virginia Native Plant Society. They also have a wonderful old barn on the property with various farm implements and tool on display. Various educational programs are conducted at Ivy creek throughout the year from birding, butterfly walks and plant and tree identification.
Fantastic urban park. Only heads up is use bug spray on shoes and legs. After visiting found several small deer ticks
I really love these trails! There are beavers, otters, and herons. The trails are well maintained and marked. NOTE: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Very nice place. Ample parking. Some of the trails can be quite steep at times. Trail can be muddy, rocky, or full of roots. No biking allowed. Nice for a walk in the woods close to town but you don't really hear traffic. Lots of trails for variety. I could go dozens of times and walk a different way each time. Ample signage on the trails but i use the All trails app so I don't get lost.
Very peaceful! You can take a quick hike or spend the day here. We really enjoyed our time. It was neat even in February. I would like to come back to see it in the different seasons. We got to see turtles and geese.

We only explored a small fraction of the park but we enjoyed every moment we spent there. Our trip to the area was only for a weekend, but we still managed to visit this space twice before leaving. On each visit we encountered friendly dog walkers,
My son loves Tonsler Park . Every time he comes here, he is recognized by people , and the kids want to play with him and ask him to show them basketball tricks! Lovely little park . Every one is friendly that Iâve encountered.
Beautiful park with winding pathways for bikes and scooters as well as a sprinkler zone for kids to get wet and wild. A nice sunday afternoon spent in this magnificent park
This place specializes in distilling rum and they do it extremely well. Hopefully the owner will read this and correct me but I believe they even have 3 different types of gin based on a rum distillate. This is a small Distillery with all of their p
These workouts are tough, but the atmosphere and support is OUT OF THIS WORLD. These ladies and Carly seriously made me feel immediately part of the group and encouraged me throughout the whole workout. This level of training is what I need to reach
We returned to Foxfield Inn for first time in three years and were even more impressed than before. I booked a surprise weekend stay for my wife's birthday, along with some family members, and it felt as if we were returning to a family homestead. Su
Been going here for about 8 years now. Itâs grown quite a bit over the past coupleâs years. We usually come in the summer for peach picking and itâs always a great time. Views are amazing, cider and donuts are delicious. This year we came in
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Smyrna and I can say without a doubt it was one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. From start to finish, every aspect of the evening was exceptional. The food of course was delicious!
When we go to stay for a night away, the details are everything, and the Inn at Court Square has absolutely nailed the details! The owners both greeted us and were so welcoming and accommodating. We were a little late for check in, but they still too

I love 9Round! Full body workout in just 30 mins! The trainers are all amazing! They are always there to help, support, encourage and ensure you make the most out of your workout! I would highly recommend!
I feel a museum of Australian Aboriginal art is a really random thing to have in Charlottesville, but I love that it's here! Having no knowledge of the subject beyond the word "Maori", this museum is a wonderful educational experience of the people,
TL;DR: high quality delicious coffee, great vibe, fantastic service. Iâm surprised I didnât find this place sooner. Itâs in the cut so you have to look for it, but man is it worth it. I got a latte with almond milk, and it was incredibly smoot
