This is a very nice location if you want to stay very close to the beach within 12-15 minute walk and at the same time avoid all the noise. This building is in a residential area that is upper scale and good schools are located. So you will get nice and quiet but you'd have to walk to the beach and stores etc. The building it self is nice there is a sit down area on the rooftop with 3 tables however the pool is being Renovated as of 3/3/2023 and there is a building under construction right next to the building. I'd say this is a nice quiet stay if you want the Miami Beach style without the Miami Beach crowd.

Beauty! This property is gorgeous!! Amazing room with so much space. Great location right near Amazing restaurants and shops. Right near the beach. The views of the bay are stunning. I would only recommend getting a place over looking the water and the millionaire Row houses. Roof top pool was spectacular and clean with views of the Atlantic ocean you just can’t ask for anything better.

I stayed on the 9th floor. The property was very nice, with a great view of the water and the city. There was 3 balconies. Two in the living room, and one in the bedroom. It was very spacious, and I loved how it had two bathrooms, with two sinks in the master bathroom. I also loved how the refrigerator came with an ice maker. The decor was simple but nice, and everything was so clean. I really enjoyed the long mirrors for pictures. For $20 a day you got parking in the garage, or you could have parked on the street for free, but coming in late at night there was no parking, so paying the $20 a day was good. The rooftop pool had an amazing view as well. The one thing I didn't like about the condo was they had a nice tub, but the inside looked like it was peeling badly so I didn't bother to use it. The other problem I had was I paid for late checkout, but I guess it wasn't communicated with management so in the middle of getting dress someone came in on us, which was kinda scary, and I was frustrated because when I told them I paid for late checkout they kept telling me I didn't and they didn't have any record, but thank God I keep my proof of receipt. I showed them and they apologized, but how the whole situation concurred was a little much. Other than that, the condo was close to a lot of things, which was good, and it was quiet.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures, location, and other positive reviews. This property advertises itself as a relaxing getaway, but in reality is more of a frat house. If you're here to spend shabbat be warned this is NOT shabbat friendly and you cannot get in touch with anyone when there is a problem on Friday night. The guests that come here generally come to party. There is always music being played loud, doors being slammed, and people congregating in the lobbies in the late hours of the night. Hotel management is rarely onsite and unresponsive to any complaints making you have to fend for yourself for any of these problems. The pool has been out of service for weeks, the carpets are stained, and the elevators consistently get stuck. If you're a guest and looking for noisy nights, loud music, and smoke-filled hallways, this is the place for you.

Beautiful, beautiful, BEAUTIFUL is all I can say about this location. I booked a stay here through Hotels.com. It was pricey but everything along Miami Beach is. If you're willing to forgo the beach front view (the beach is a 19 min walk or 5 min car ride away), this bayfront view is immaculate! Perched right across from some millionaires homes, this place makes you feel as if you are living the high Miami life. The master bedroom has uninterrupted views of the city of South Beach due to the floor to ceiling windows lining 2 of the bedroom walls. The pool and jacuzzi on the roof is basically a private facility for you to use because there is rarely people up there. The only con I will have to note is that the dryer in the apartment did not work properly. It would not finish its cycle and would beep. Our clothes couldn't dry. I'm assuming the vent is blocked so there is poor circulation. We just ended up laying our clothes on the furniture on the patio. All in all, I would definitely suggest this location to stay at during your Miami festivities.

First, the positives. The 2BR water view we stayed in apartment was new and comfortably furnished with modern functional furniture. It even had a study which could serve as a third bedroom. The kitchen was especially nice with high end Bosch appliances and it was well stocked with good utensils, glass, dish and cookware. Bathrooms are also very good with European style showers. The beds were comfortable. The views were great especially from the rooftop pool. The pool is very clean and heated, and the jacuzzi was a bit too hot but fine. No chairs at the pool, only loungers for which you need to haul your own heavy cushions up from a storage closet a half flight below and return when you’re done, quite a chore and awkward. There’s no way to know about the cushions unless you ask because the info is not provided otherwise. Same with the beach towels, which I found on a shelf in a closet in the study. The terrace was unfinished unsealed concrete which gave off a huge amount of dirt or dust, easily tracked into the apartment and making bare feet either in the terrace or indoors a bad choice. Which leads us to some negatives, mainly communication issues with the rental management firm and their policies. I personally found it challenging as they have more than one number and rarely answered the phone. You need to pay for your rental in advance, and I received different info from different agents regarding price, security deposit, cleaning fees, etc. I suggest you book directly with them, get the agents name and cell number and confirm and double check all your info before signing a lease and sending the payment. This seemed unnecessarily challenging to me and I almost gave up on the process. There are other issues - we waited a half hour for someone to check us in even though I had texted several times earlier with the time of our arrival. They give you only one key, which is inconvenient for more than one couple. At checkout you are required to leave the key in the apartment and no one actually checks you out, so there is also no way to confirm you’ve left the apartment in good order and that the company actually gets their key back. I think they should have a key drop instead . When I left I saw a family unable to get in, and waiting for an agent, seeming very frustrated and put out as if they had been waiting a long while. Note that there is no where to wait other than to stand by the front door. Know what to expect, persevere if you can’t reach them, and you can rent a nice large modern apartment at a decent rate. Just don’t expect a hotel.

It has an excellent location, near restaurants, beach, malls. The view is very good to the ocean and bay. ||The apartment is big and spacious, the equipment match with the list on Booking. There weren’t enough cups and towels but Larry brought them as soon as we asked for them, he was very helpful and hospitable.||I suggest to add a safety box and a zoom mirror in the main bathroom.||Acqua Bay, is a very good place to stay.

Casual place to eat outside, and the food is delicious. Love the quiche and salad. The mahi mahi with grilled veggies was also delicious. Good desserts too. We had the chocolate lava cake and almond tart.
