Lovely river walk, trees are changing for the fall but can be pretty busy with walkers, rivers and dogs on leashes.
Part of the Truckee River trail, this small park has a nice view of the Truckee along with decorated rocks & flowers blooming along the way. Surprised I hadn't walked this trail prior to today. Happy I didn't miss it.
Love this park right off the river path near my home. Gazebo is nice place to join friends and park great place for doggy dates. I do hate being told not to vape outdoors, a bit controlling for my liking but I just ignore the signs. Lol
Really nice small quite park you can sit and relax and watch river
Peaceful little park located within a quiet neighborhood. This park is about 3/4 of an acre in size. There is a wooden gazebo, with 1 picnic table, at the back of the park right above the Truckee River. Lots of grass,a few maple trees, no playground equipment. It's connected to the Truckee River walking path. this portion of the river is above the city so it'd be good for fishing. I did notice there's a little trail to the rivers edge, and the bank is somewhat clear of brush,I hate fighting a lot of brush to fish a river/Creek. it just has rocky banks and in the decent Rick's in the middle creating some good eddies. I noticed there are a lot of ducks here, but it's a residential area with houses and apartments. That means it wouldn't be suitable for duck hunting here.
Nice clean little park along the Truckee River. Only thing there tho is trees for shade, grass, a picnic table & you can walk down to the river & get wet. But it is very clean
Part of OXBOW park I think...Lovely. seen deer there last week.
Peaceful little park just down the street fro Idlewild. While Idle was crawling with people Ivan Sac was empty! Well kept and there's a table with under a covered area as well as grass and trees. And a portal for the ingress players out there.
Coming here in the winter brings a truly enjoyable experience. The park is covered in snow and has a different appeal to it. We love walking in the woods on the snow-covered trails. A memorable experience that we will cherish ð¥°
A Scenic Escape in the Heart of Reno Review: University Ridge Park, perched high atop Reno, Nevada, is an absolute gem of a destination for those seeking a serene escape within city limits. Just a stone's throw away from downtown, the park's prime
Hidden Valley Regional Park is a nice place to visit and hike at. There are a few different trail loops in the park. I hiked the Highland Loop trail which is about a 2 mile loop and offers great views of the park and the Reno area. Worth visiting for
The bike route/walking has rather large bumps caused by the roots of trees, but they are marked out. The lane is a decent size as well. There's an offshoot path to the riverbank which is good, especially in the summer when it gets warm. It is a fairl

This park is so nice--tucked away in a neighborhood and huge open grassy space with a side walk around the whole place. Great for walking; I also see a lot of courteous pet owners here with their dogs every time I'm here. It's a great family park, ni

Digestive health center was able to accommodate me as a type one diabetic. When my doctor was unable to do the first appointment for me, they were able to rearrange things, so I got the earliest appointment available. When I showed up, admitting wa
I took my middle aged little dog to Sit means sit for training and work on reactivity. In just a month heâs turned into quite the little gentleman! Now when we take a walk and he sees another dog he ignores it and follows the command to âheelâ.
We went to the Dragon Lights Reno exhibit and it was beautiful! This was my second year. The event is well organized and affordable. I will continue to go every year.
