Itty Bitty Inn - Featured Reviews (416)
My husband and I stayed in the 70s room. What an experience! Rik is a super nice host—probably one of the nicest on our road trip. He was late to a party waiting for us to make sure we got there ok (close to 6 pm but we hadn’t figured out that’s late on OR coast yet). Rik spent time giving us a tour and even gave us a great recommendation for dinner that was spot-on. Every little detail of this room matched the 70s, including a disco ball, lighting, artwork, furniture, and a working Atari. The only complaint is it being on the end right on hwy 101, but we found the white noise machine in the room and it worked perfectly. The bed was so comfy! The shower is most likely from when it was built in 1950, but it was fairly clean. Rest of room was great. Even had fridge, microwave, and Tesla charger. This hotel was a great stopover on our road trip. We would stay again!
The Itty Bitty Inn is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. You can feel the care and detail that has been put into every room. My family and I stayed in the tiki and Star Trek rooms and they were amazing! What’s even more amazing is the owner of the Itty Bitty, Rik. Genuinely one of the nicest and caring people I’ve ever met. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about what they do. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.
This place is excellent and fun. Customer service is absolutely perfect, and the rooms are just the coolest. I travel a lot for work and it isn’t often I get to stay somewhere with themed rooms (the Atari in the 70’s room is a nice touch). Bottom-line, this place was equally as enjoyable as staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Maui, and the beds are just as comfortable.
I surprised my husband with the Star Trek room and it there was no disappointment. We loved it here. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but as mentioned it's a 1950's place so a little small in there but was manageable. The owner Rick was amazing and very helpful. We will definitely check out another room the next time we visit Oregon. This place really was amazing!
This lovely little roadside inn just became my all time favourite place that I’ve ever stayed in, no exaggeration, after 35 years of travel! My husband felt the same way. It is perfect in every way, having been lovingly restored and decorated by the incredibly kind and friendly owner, Rik and I believe, his daughter, and I’m guessing, many artistic friends from the area, just because he’s the kind of person you would want to help and be a part of, with his passion, this lovely inn. On a practicle level, it’s impeccably clean (I imagine his employees probably go above and beyond for such a wonderful human) and the rooms, as well as being unique and delightful, are very comfortable, with everything you need. I sat in bed the night we checked in, after sitting outside, drinking one of the fabulous beers that he offers (free) to his guests, and as I sat in bed, by the warm, cozy lamplight (no fluorescent lights here!) I felt utterly happy. What else can I say? If a motel can make you feel total joy, then you know you are staying somewhere very special indeed. Thank you Rik for this wonderful haven that you provide to travellers. Cheers!
I was welcomed with a cider, great dinner recommendations, and no paperwork. “This is your home Rik said”. Very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the 70’s room. Was blown away. Very clean and well appointed; complete with 70’s movies, board games, and an Atari. Comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and good WiFi. It’s a special place with a special owner. Stay here!
What a wonderful little place. Rik is a hoot and a half! He was so kind, showing us all the fun amenities of That 70’s Room. Atari! Movies! Disco ball! Black light paintings! He even gave us some fresh ground coffee for the morning. We watched one of the provided films (Taxi Driver, not our vibe!) to really experience the room. Bed is comfy, highway noise is noticeable but not too bad. A perfect place for a one night stay on a road trip and we will be back. I’m thinking Oregon Trail room next time.
The rooms are clean, and the themes are awesome. Stayed in the Oredon Trail room. Had an amazing conversation with the owner. I'm definitely going to be staying here in the future. I love staying at places like this. You know your money isn't going to a huge hotel chain, and you're supporting a local business. The owner was very knowledgeable of the local attractions and had great advice on where to eat and what to do around town.
If I could give the categories of food, service, and atmosphere more than five stars I would. I am from out of town and I would eat here every day! As a vegan, this was a haven. I couldn't believe how delicious everything was. The interior space is
Amazing place! We've been going for years and the owner has always been pleasant. Coffee and smoothies are both very good! Highly reccomend this coffee spot!
Great food great service. Ordered the country fried steak, had great flavor and was very fresh. Gravy was exceptional as well. The hash browns were very thin and crisp. The one and only cook had a lot on his plate however. Cooking alone for 30+ peopl
Wildflour is the place you want to be. Fancy Food, in a laid-back, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant itself is stunning. The food is utterly spectacular, stellar! Plus, all their food is locally sourced, and they butcher their own cuts of beef, making
Love it! Great local spot for the entire family. Awesome food, full bar, and local beers on tap. Wood fired pizza is stellar. The new patio area is beautiful and cozy on any weather. They've got cornhole, giant connect four, fire pit. They have live
Enormous burrito! Super nice lady running the counter. Carnitas was good, big pieces of meat, no dry tiny pieces here. Shredded cabbage and tomato were a good texture and flavor combo. Red and green salsa were standard. But again the burrito was huge
