I had an absolutely terrible experience with ITS Computer Solutions. I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. First, their customer service was abysmal. I called several times with questions and concerns about my computer, and I was met with rude and unhelpful staff who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually addressing my issues. When I finally brought my computer in for repairs, it took them an eternity to diagnose the problem. I was without my computer for weeks, which was a major inconvenience for me as I rely on it for work. They promised a quick turnaround, but they completely failed to deliver on that promise. To make matters worse, when I did get my computer back, it was still not working properly. It was clear that their so-called "repairs" were inadequate, and I had to take it elsewhere to get the issue properly resolved. The cherry on top of this terrible experience was the exorbitant price they charged for their subpar service. I feel like I was overcharged for the lackluster work they performed. In short, steer clear of ITS Computer Solutions. Their customer service is terrible, their repairs are shoddy, and their prices are outrageous. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by taking your computer woes elsewhere.

ITS Computer Solutions has been our go-to IT support for over 10 years. As an extremely busy law firm, often times we need immediate attention and ITS is always available. Angelo is very responsive and quick to remote in to our computers to find/solve our issues. We use ITS for quarterly maintenance and any day to day needs that may arise. We would highly recommend!
