It's Boba Time - Cafe in Los Angeles - 3617 Vermont Ave #3945, USA

This location was sooooo busy! The cashier stated that it's normal to have high volume of costumers all the time. So please be patient. I only got one drink but they made it super fast. If you do get 3+ more drinks expect to wait a bit. They had a long line of online orders as well. There jelly coffee was amazing!!!

They gave me the wrong item. I ordered a Taro Slush and got some warm liquid drink.

This was my first time coming to this location. It was extremely busy which is expected as it’s in nearby a large university so I didn’t expect fast service but I also didn’t expect to wait 30+ minutes. When I asked the worker if my order was being worked on they responded that it was already made and taken. But I had been waiting instore and watched every order that left and at no point was my number called nor my drinks made but since it was easier to say it was made and taken than to admit they were in the wrong, they tried to dismiss my complaint. Eventually someone who I assume is the manager of the location finally said “only this time we’ll make you a new order” but it was never made in the first place. I understand mistakes are made when dealing with a large quantity of orders but instead of being argumentative with your customers you should own up to your mistake and rectify it, especially when that mistake has people wasting their time. To all would be customers I recommend making this your last pick when buying boba if the other shops aren’t available. Btw my order was just a small mango slush and a large strawberry Oreo shake.

Tried the shaved ice but its more like crushed ice! Lol the ice cream on top was good tho but i wont be ordering this again. To be fair, the thai tea bob was good!

Love the smoothies here thats all i ever go for anyone else recommend something new for me ? Would love to hear it . Im curious but not sure what to try.

Ordered the strawberry coconut drink with coconut jelly and omg was it good! The strawberry slushy wasn't the best though. Very bland.

I wanted to give more stars if not for its very watery tea.. I’ve had uncountable boba in LA but this one is definitely not the top ones. Boba was good tho - chewy and yummy. But tea just tasted like colored sugary+milky water. I didn’t smell any tea at all (I had reg house tea btw). They also give A LOT of ice and I basically don’t feel like drinking tea. Service was great and price was ok for the quality. There are other boba shops in the area that sells at a little higher price but bigger cup and better tea. This place is just opposite to USC and next to many bus stops. If tea was better I’d have given 4-5 stars.

So I had a craving for a mango tea with rainbow jellies .. I went to this boba time because it's the closest to my house but even receiving my order I get in my car and when almost taking a so I see a bug 🐛 🤮.. I'm was grossed out but I kept calm I went in the store and I just showed the employee which was syndney at the time and she didn't even apologized for the inconvenience.. si unprofessional.. bad customer service 😑
