I cannot say enough about this place for phone repairs. It was near closing time on a Saturday night and I had a piece of sawdust in my charging port. So I had no way to charge it, and every place was going to be closed on Sunday. The owner Said he would wait until I got there and was very welcoming. Took his time to remove it. Did not even charge me because I had paid for a screen repair there previously, which by the way was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome service, I needed a simple charging port clean, owner was very transparent and said he was not there but came as quickly as possible. I went and ran some errands and came back for my port to be clean in under 5 minutes free of charge. The owner was very nice and had a great personality. Great place and will be back here for any phone issues.

This place is a scam, brought my phone to get the screen replaced, next thing I know the camera is going out and the "technician" is never available. Went 3 times and was sent away. There known for screwing people over .PLEASE GO TO PHONE CLINIC, they are super helpful and transparent and barely charge you for labor, only parts.

Brought my google pixel 6 to this place for a battery replacement, a short time afterward the screen FELL OFF the phone as I was using it and damaged part of the internals. (The screen had to be removed for the battery replacement and was poorly glued back on). I returned to this store and was told they would take care of it. 2 months of back and forth, it was never repaired. I would call and was told parts were on order, parts hadn't arrived yet, it would be fixed on a specific day. The day would pass and would get the same run around again. Many excuses followed by promises of repair. Finally, I go in after the last promise saying it'd be fixed last Monday (it's now Saturday). He tells me that he now has to order a part and wants to charge me for it. I took back my phone and will be going somewhere else to spend more money to have it fixed right. Don't waste your time going here, your money would be better spent elsewhere. In response to owner response: I gave you beyond a reasonable amount of time to make it right. The screen was pushed off of the phone due to the swollen battery, which you replaced, but the screen itself was not damaged. The screen had been crudely glued back on with excess adhesive extending past the screen and onto the sides of the phone. I did not have an issue with that because you told me about the difficulty with putting the pixel screens back on. My issue came when the glue failed, the screen and battery fell out of the phone and the strip connecting the screen to the internals of the phone was damaged causing the screen to flicker in and out. I returned to you and asked if you could repair it. You said, "Yes, no problem, we will take care of you." I took you at your word and left it with you. For 2 months, I called and visited with no progress on the repair. I was told parts on order or waiting on parts to come in and I would be called when it was done. I never received any calls. It was a back up phone so I was not in a rush to have it fixed but 2 months is a little absurd. I stopped by last week and you told me that you were sorry for the delay but you will have it done by Monday, and it wont happen again. I took you at your word again and did not come back until the following Saturday. The phone was not repaired, and then you said I had to pay for a part to do the repair. I did not have time to argue with you, I just asked for my device back and wanted to leave. You thanked me for not being mad (you acknowledged that most people would have been). Voicing my displeasure with the situation would not have solved anything so I took my device back and I will bring it to someone else to repair. This is an honest review. There is no hatred, just facts. I do truly hope that your personal situations turn out ok, but you should have told me from the start that you expected me to pay for the part or that you were unable/unavailable to make the repair.

I got my Iphone 11 repaired, took Jay 5 minutes to repair and i was shocked, like how it took him no time to repair my phone. I went to another store and they gave me a price of 150$ and when i called Jay, he said “come on bro, ill take care of it”.. So i was charged 99.99$ and phone is brand new. (Ps. Phone was broken by my lil nephew, he smacked it out my hand and I was like “damn brah” when i picked up the screen and looked at it. But Jay got me taken care of and I was happy with the quality of the screen. Its the best i have seen. For sure coming back and will be buying a Samsung phone in the future for work! Thanks Jay 🙌🏼
