iTOUCH TECH - Software company in Jacksonville - 8558 Hampton Landing Dr, USA

I ordered the service from iTouch Technology in August of 2018. I inquired with the Jan Robinson several times on when to expect delivery. She would only say either she can't get me the information due to vacation or a death in the family or other various excuses. The latest is she said her person who was handling the distribution of the products extorted her. The first time I reached out and got delayed I was fine but when I kept getting delayed and no real answers I reached out to another vendor I use and she has a integration contract with to help see if there was a problem or get her to give me some concrete time frame to expect delivery. When the vendor reached out to her she got extremely mad and told me she didn't want to do business. I was fine with this and asked her to give me a refund. This also started a long term delay which is still going on with her refusing to make a refund. She did reach out to see if we could do business and at this point and considering how upset she was with me contacting the vendor and the continuous stalls I figured it would be better to just part company. I'm still hoping she will make a good business decision and just refund me and we can part company but am still waiting.
