Van really helped me out this weekend. The bad news was my laptop was dead. But thankfully he was able to get it turned on enough to migrate all my stuff to the new computer. Not only that, he went to the store with me and helped me pick out the best replacement. I was able to pick my laptops up at his house so I didn't have to wait until Monday to get back to my work. All around cool guy, knowledgable, and enjoys his work. I appreciate that an author with a dead laptop is small potatoes compared to the businesses that he services, and yet I received great, personal treatment. Keeping Van's number for the future.

With as much as we do on our computers now, nothing puts me in a panic more than when my laptop goes down! No banking, no work - I was paralyzed. I am so thankful I found ITNEEDSHelp. In a matter of minutes after bringing my computer in it was like a huge weight off my shoulders. Van and James are the Best IT Support ever. Van returned my call from my message in the evening before almost immediately after I left the message, I was in there the next day and he had it running in no time. They fixed the problem immediately and went above and beyond in checking my laptops performance and update status. Van explained to me everything he was doing, why he was doing it and what was and was not needed. He cleaned up my laptop, added more memory all at a very reasonable price. It is such a relief to know there is such a great company as them if anything ever goes wrong with my computer again. The knowledge that they have is just mind-boggling, you can tell they have been doing this for a very long time and are excellent at what they do.

Unbelievable amount of help. I was on the fence about whether to replace my iMac or just upgrade my old one. I called It Needs Help to see about giving my iMac a larger drive. Although the gentleman was busy, he spent a lot of time explaining that he could upgrade it, but that it might be smarter to get a new one or to get a mini Mac. I ultimately decided to get a new iMac. In an age of very little service, this place is friendly and more than willing to help. Go there.

Came here a couple weeks back with a busted laptop screen and instead of selling me an overpriced top half of a 5 year old laptop he told me i should buy a new monitor and hdmi it in which is some good business! Also really appreciated him putting a RAM upgrade in real quick! Great service!

ITNeedsHelp has been a member of the Frederick business community for over 20 years or more. Van and Jimmy have been excellent business partners to our business for over 18 years. They are good steward of our money, shopping for the best deals on computers, electronics and other equipment. We have never had a problem with any installations , and they anticipate what our need will be in the future so we can prepare. They have always been there when we needed them. We try to be considerate and not demand that they show up based on our convenience. If a business requires immediate service because they can’t operate , either Van or Jimmy will be there right away. If it’s something that it not urgent, we don’t expect them until they can make it. That is just common sense and common courtesy. The big box services offer arrival times between 8 and noon or noon to 4. There is a difference between fast service and instant service. We have been dependent upon ITNeedsHelp since we opened our doors in 2006. We’ve never has a problem with their schedule nor their work. As a small business owner in Frederick for more than 30 years we have had our share of dealing with companies providing great service and others trying to make a quick buck. Van of ITNeeedshelp ranks among the very best of the best. We had an IT “emergency” and Van not only responded but also helped us back on line. In a follow up visit he helped us “clean” the wire clutter and organized our network, computers and CCTV cameras. We recently had to replace broken hardware on a laptop. Van was knowledgeable and efficient. Once he had the part in hand, he fixed the computer within minutes.
