Amazing experience! So clean staff is well Informed and I was specially surprised with the bathrooms and how smooth it was. Went to see Jason aldean and I had a marvelous time. It’s outdoors so it gets a little hot but I was in pit so we had fans aimed at us!

In my opinion, one of the best places to enjoy a concert without feeling the 4 walls claustrophobic sensation. The lawn if the vest area to enjoy the show if is not pouring that day in West Palm Beach

this place never fails. been going to concerts here for over 20 years. I left five stars not only for the amphitheater but for the crew who works the handicap section they always go above and beyond for my brother. I hope I remember her name correctly - Britney, you did a great job assisting us and making sure we had a great time. you were the start of the show. Keep up the great work. we will see you soon.

Disturbed was freaking awesome!! The first concert I've been to that made me cry from that heart-touching speech he gave! He had such a loving caring soul! I would love to meet him in person to just sit down and talk about life! 🖤🤘👅

Came here to see ODESZA on Sat, 9/9/2023. iTHINK FA is definitely the premier music/concert venue for the South Florida Fairgrounds. Thankfully there is free parking at the venue (unless you're VIP or want more-than-regular parking). Bought Korean BBQ fried rice with pork belly from a concession stand/food truck for about $20, and as expected it was a little bit more pricey given it's a concert venue. I do love how there are external partners and vendors for freebies and raffles. Also free samples for alcohol. Took a while to get into the venue, and lines to exit when you're driving out can be long. Unless you're directly facing the stage/amphitheatre area, you won't be able to hear the music if you're walking around getting food. I think the elevation of the lawn area is very well-done and you're able to see the artist from the four large 125"+ TVs. There are four "Island Bars" on the lawn area where you can get drinks. Had a lot of fun with the crowd and some concert-goers. Would love to come back for another artist in the future. There is also free water when you enter and the bathroom lines are quick-moving.

I like the openness of the venue and the seats are nice as you can see from the back and still have space to stand and walk around. The grass seats are iffy due to the unpredictable weather here in SOFLO so I usually aim for close to the back of the covered seated section. I would say the negatives are the one restroom aspect. The line gets ridiculously long and there is only one bathroom in the whole venue? I didn't like that, either bring in some trailers and even upcharge for an upgraded bathroom! The second was there was zero organization with the rideshare pick up. No one could get out of the venue or get picked up. Ended up waiting an hour for a ride, was not happy with that at all. Zero organization and they wanted over $50 to park the car, which was also crazy!

Love the shows here, and the staff is amazing. The lawn seat area is awesome, the only drawback is the politics, they seem to add politics to everything.. The arena having gone " cashless " is a major drawback. You cannot buy anything with cash here, it's debit and credit only. Wound up sitting through a 5 hour concert with no food and drink because of their choice to go cashless. Other than that, the bands were great, and the sound system was crisp and clear anywhere in the arena.

I absolutely love this venue. From the amazing merch stand to the numerous food and drink options. IThink amphitheater is the best place to see concerts. They have great prices and seating. The lawn tickets are the most affordable way to see a concert. I’d highly recommend seeing your favorite artist here if you haven’t already give it a try. I love that they gave lots of assistance for people with ADA issues. I can’t wait for our next visit.
