DO NOT USE THEM. What an absolute worthless company. 2 months they had my laptop, still never fixed. Constant runaround and excuses. When I said I wanted a refund, same thing. Then tried to under refund me. Ended up just accepting what they had and taking my laptop elsewhere. I don't know what their owner is doing. I don't know if this a front for another shady business, but I have no idea how they could operate this way and still be in business. One of the worst experiences I've had, across any type of industry. They should not be in business. Period.

Smiley was AMAZING!!! I Came into the store at 6:50pm...they fixed my screen, put a screen protector, and a case... out the door for the BEST price, all by 7:05pm!!! DEFINITELY recommending them💯

They have the smallest no refund sign they do not have it posted any were else except on front of the cash register and she does not tell you so be careful they charged me $340 and told me it would be done with in 3 days we called to see if it was ready they said no because they ordered the wrong part so we told them how long then they said 2 more days so we wait and when we called again they said they ordered the wrong color again so we then asked how long they said the part would be there that day so it will be ready tomorrow more than a week later and there still saying tomorrow we ask for the phone and the money back now there saying no refunds and we can have the phone but not $340. DO NOT COME HERE!

Great woker, fix my device in no time the owner is great at his job. In 2 days he fix my headset also great service. When you get know the well he is super nice man.

Worst repair shop ever. Guys I used to fix my own phones and I’m going back to those times. They replaced my working battery with a garbage battery and my iPhone does not recognize this battery. Now it won’t even charge. The battery came with 90 day warranty and they said it in my face but still refused to fix it. Also cracked screen on my iPhone was replaced with a cheap screen that works worse than the original screen that was cracked. They want another $70 to change their bad battery out of my phone. Forget this. I bought me an oem apple battery than I just installed and it doesn’t give me any alerts as battery not recognized by my phone. They told me these newer phones will all give the alert. I told him that if it’s not apple battery than yes. But if you actually use apple battery it won’t give you weird annoying alerts. They disagreed and continued to disagree with me. We’ll my $40 apple battery works. And their cheap “apple battery” doesn’t. Ripoffs. Don’t come here. There are way better shops than this one. Save your money.

Amazing service!! I was told by two other phone repair places that my phone was unfixable after I dropped it in the ocean and it would not turn on, and that If I wanted my data saved I would have to send it to New York that would’ve been $600. I wanted to try one last time and I came to this place and smiley revived my phone. Everything I thought I lost was back. I cried from happiness, years worth of photos are back and I could not be more satisfied with the costumer service, will definitely be recommending this place to anyone and everyone!! Thank you. Thank you thank youuuuu!!!

This place has been an amazing relief since my kids keep breaking their phones monthly bases lol. The price is very affordable and people are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for your technical needs.
