I hardly write reviews and post them. But, I had to praise this computer repair shop, ITechfix. Omar, the owner, was super accommodating, professional, friendly and informative.
I was visiting my family for the labor day weekend . I brought my laptop with me to get some work done, but all of a sudden my laptop would not turn on. The only place open was ITechfix and I am so grateful to have found this shop and Omar. I arrived very late in the day and it looked like they were about to close, but Omar still took me in and spent time out to take care of my concerns. I left my laptop with him. He kept me informed of what was wrong with and fixed the problem within 2 days (keep in mind, this was Labor Day weekend). Additionally, his prices were very reasonable. He even gave some suggestions on laptop maintenance. So I lucked out in finding this great "Gem of a Shop" Thank you Omar for getting my laptop running so much better than it was before I brought it to ITechfix.

Omar was very helpful and professional in his craft. A bad storm caused my power to go out and fried my PS5s power supply and motherboard. Luckily I found Omar on tik tok and connecting him immediately. He was able to diagnose and repair it within 1-2 days. Thank you again Omar 🙏🏼
