I had a very damaged hard drive on my personal laptop and thankfully the lady that worked there about a year ago was very kind and saved EVERYTHING when it was thought nothing would survive. But I warn you, when I received the laptop they put in an outdated 100 gb hard drive when my laptop when bought brand new was a 1terabyte. They did not communicate this change and I now have another problem with my laptop a year later when nothing has been changed. Very helpful, but not very communicative and be wary.

Please be careful getting your laptop repaired here!! I suddenly had an issue with my laptop charging and after testing the charging cord on a couple of other devices, decided it was the laptop. I took it to iTech and the manager said he'd check the charging ports and it would be $180. I said OK, and left the computer. Less than 2 hours later, I get a text saying the laptop repair is complete. I pick up my computer, pay and head home. With the "fixed" computer plugged in...there's no charging. Same issue. I take the computer back up to the shop and the assistant plugs the laptop into one of their chargers and it works. So I ask, what's wrong with this charger I have? She brings the manager back in and he proceeds to tell me that my charger is failing, not supplying the correct amount of power to charge the computer. (its a Lenovo computer and a Lenovo 65w charger as required) This I ask, "Why did you charge me $180 to fix the port if the issue is my "failing" charger?" He says, "Oh, there was a pin busted in the port too". Mind you, I've had no issues with this laptop or this charging cord until today, and suddenly, the port is broken AND my charging cord is failing...at the same exact time. I just got charged $180 for the manager to tell me my charging cord is failing. Lesson learned...never doing business with this location/company again! You shouldn't either....

We brought an iPad in to be repaired for a cracked screen. No other issues. When we got it back the touch screen was dead in a couple places, it had a line in the LCD and would not unlock and is now disabled. We brought it back in today and they want another 39.95 to unlock the iPad even though it was returned to us in worse condition than it was given to them. Do not use this company unless you want your devices broken and them to tell you to pay them more to fix the problems they created.

I would recommend i-Tech Connections to anymore. Not only am I VERY happy with the repairs made to my phone, I am VERY happy with the customer service. Friendly, reliable and had my phone ready on time.
