I attempted a system install after a blue screen of death on my old laptop HD and while I was about to reinstall windows 10 I realized I didn’t backed up all my files! I figure I have loss all my files, I called Reny and he helped me out. he said thanks God you didn’t record the changes you was about to make on it so he could revert and transfer the files before install it! On top of that he found the computer was running really slow, and he offers me an upgrade to solid state drive which improve the performance up to 10 times faster compared to the old HD storage! I said go ahead and do it! I can not complain so far, the computer is running like a brand new machine! Lesson learned I took my laptop to the ItCorpTech and let them finish the job correctly. I couldn’t believe how quick he finished the job Their service was great and I'm happy that I could support a local worker owned computer repair shop. If I ever get into another tech savvy issue I won’t hesitate, will definitely use them again.

We have been calling Reny for years for IT issues in our office. The latest one was with our fax server which stopped working for all our workstations- “server is not found”. He was quick to respond. He assigned a static IP to the fax server which was not being recognized in our network. I also asked him to do maintenance check on all workstations, particularly the window security we could not open with the default app on the windows 11. I would highly recommend him for home or business IT issues

I have been working with ItTechCorp for years and I can tell I’m not computer literate! Reny helped me migrate a windows system files to the Macbook! I couldn't see the windows files on the apple platform! He was able to make two different platforms communicate with each other! Also one of my computers was very slow! He updated the old hard drive to what they call SSD! Computer is working much faster now
