We used Beachwood Systems Consulting several years ago integrating Goldmine, a contact management software. We discontinued their service because of their excessive billing. Be very careful if you hire this firm as they will under estimate their fees in the beginning. When you are well into the project they will overcharge you. Do no let them charge you hourly. We found several other firms in Cleveland with the same qualifications that charged much less with better service. These firms offered a turn-key solution rather than hourly billing.
