We have been with IT-Tech for about a year and a half now. I must say that it is night and day difference compared to the type of service that we were used to. They are phenomenal in all aspects of their company from their dedication to getting our IT issues taken care of to helping us understand where our company can improve on our security. I am thoroughly impressed by all their team members that I have worked with thus far and can't be happier with what they have done and continue to do for us! We found IT-Tech after looking for a more reliable IT company. Our old IT company went out of business and a larger IT company assumed their contracts. We were with that company for 4 months. During that time, our main server died and we were operating at 50% for 2 1/2 months without any updates on when our new server would be connected and we would go back to operating at 100%. It was a nightmare not only for us, but also for our members. After meeting with Jeff at IT-Tech, he simplified what we had and got us back up in running in about a week.
