CJ (Craig) Sandor, has the precious gift of fixing the unfixable. I had taken my laptop to a computer repair shop in Denver, and they told me it was outdated, and that I should just get a new one. Craig literally fixed it in minutes, and didn’t make me feel silly for having an ultra vintage MacBook. His warm personality was instantly obvious from his first smile and hello. During our phone conversation, he very patiently listened to my laundry list of puzzling computer/Internet problems, and didn’t rush me. This is why I felt comfortable enough to schedule a home visit. I could of brought my laptop to him, but I was also having an issue with my flatscreen tv, so I was relieved that he makes house calls! I will definitely be hiring him to solve any future technology issues that come up. Thank you so much for your help, Craig!

We had to switch ISPs and when we did that, our internal network broke. I couldn’t print from my PC; from another PC, we could print but no longer get internet access. We have multiple virtual machines and servers, and we could no longer access those. Basically, it was a mess. The person who set up the home network is no longer available. I know many tech and networking people call themselves good and competent, but they can cause worse problems. So, we were hesitant to call a stranger. I finally called Craig and am so glad I did. Despite not knowing how our network was set up in the first place, he got all PCs, server, virtual machines, and the printer working. We are back up and running! He was courteous, respectful and more than competent. I highly recommend him for both business and homes. His rates are fair, and he is good at this. Thank you Craig!

Like Delilah's review,we utilized CJ's services to cut the cable cord.We have 6 tvs and would NEVER have managed it on our own.He made it totally painless for us and was a delight to work with.He was very respectful of the COVID situation,prompt,responsive and so reasonable!
