We've watched them grow with the same leadership for that entire time and as IT Group has grown and expanded the services they offer, they have only gotten better at what they do. I won't go deep into the experiences I've had due to time. I will however say that as a frequent traveler to Asia over the first 19 years of our business relationship, I was able to get someone on the or hooked up remotely to my laptop from 6500 miles away and get any number of issues fixed. From an inability to connect to internet to connecting to our own VPN. On one other occasion, the week before the lock down, I had emergency surgery on my ankle. At an almost impossible time to get anything done, they delivered a double monitor and the accessories to my home for a remote hook up. By that April, our entire office staff had the same equipment at home. That my friends is dedication. I can't speak of other groups. IT Group NW is the only group I've worked with and by the time i retire, that will not change.
