These guys are Awesome!! My son's New 3DS' XL's X button was not working well so we stopped by to see what they could do. They gave us two options of A. cleaning it and B. Replacing the this circuit pad (don't remember what it was called) under the the x button and other buttons as it's one unit. They cleaned it and it worked well, but we decided to go ahead and have them order and replace the part (so it will work for many years to come). My son was able to play with the 3DS till the part came in and then they had it done the same day. They have great communication and the prices are very reasonable. Also thank you for talking to and showing my son all of what you did. He is autistic and it meant a lot to him. He is very attached to his video game devices and you all truly put him at ease. HUGE THANK YOU!! We will definitely be back if we need any other devices fixed. My son has not stopped talking about how relieved he is knowing you all are there to fix his consoles. 😁

I left my daughter’s iPad on the roof of my truck while getting her and all her things out for the baby sitter one morning. Pulled off and slung the iPad into the road. Didn’t realize it until hours later. The iPad had been run over. It was in an Otterbox defender case which mostly saved it from being completely totaled. But the screen and LCD were shot. They were able to fix it and get it working like brand new again. I highly recommend them! If I ever need electronics fixed moving forward this is where I’ll take it to. They do amazing work.

I called to see about getting (sealed) watch battery replaced. They talked me through the process, and wound up recommending I take it to the vendor store, because the risk of damage was high on that device. The vendor chain store would fix any damage for the flat battery service charge. A very honest response with good advice that placed my best interest above their own. I reccomend them based on this experience.

It's fixed! I had 3 stubborn solder points on my drone and Daniel took care of it within the time it took my wife and I to go get some lunch. Thats expertise. He even put some added protection so the wires wouldn't touch and get hot. That's care. He let me know it was ready for pick up before the estimated time to finish. The expertise at "It gets fixed" is invaluable and very affordable. I'm a big DIY'er and Daniel made me feel comfortable while I explained away my issue and I never felt talked down to, that's huge for me! I'll entrust all my electronics to my new favorite, local, electronic fix it facility. They're beyond experienced, they're the best! Thank you!

Y’all I had a phone emergency. Somehow my phone got wedged in the seal of the hatchback of my car. Totally crushed my screen. I came in about 30 min before this place closed and they fixed it right away. This saved me because I do business through my phone and this would have cost me a whole days work if not more. I highly recommend this establishment.
