This company was called out to our location to service a problem with our phone system. The service tech spent over an hour attempting to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, NOTHING was resolved and actually the problem became worse. They did, however, send a bill for $200. After speaking with their manager, it became very apparent that they were more interested in collecting the money then correcting my problem. They stated they could not find what is causing the issues and felt very justified in still charging for services NOT done. This company has very questionable integrity and you should think twice before you use them. Generally, in most reputable companies, if a tech comes out to your location to service a problem and is unable to correct it, then they either would not charge you or would significantly reduce the fee. This company did neither, does that mean they are not reputable?
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Our sales rep upsold us a voice system that was terrible. Tech support could never find a problem "on their end" always someone else's fault or reason why the phones would stop working or dropped calls. Terrible service starts at the top and it shows.
Great experience with CTS!! Always responsive and timely to requests for IT issues - their quick turn around time is extremely important to us. Also did a great job helping us update our computer system with no glitches or loss of information on our end - transition was seamless. Thanks CTS!! Would highly recommend them.
All of the positive reviews are from years ago. We would never ever recommend them to another business. They over sold me on expensive equipment a year ago. Then over charge me when the equipment does not work! Send techs out to "check" the equipment then charge us for a site visit! Horrible company!
Will never recommend this company to any fellow business's. Horrible customer service & business practices.

Excellent deli, they really know how to make a good Rueben. Cole slaw was outstanding. Steak fries generally arenât my favorite, but at least they were crispy. Fast friendly service, I would definitely come back.
